Henna Hotel Istanbul
Pros:

We spent 3 nights in Istanbul before taking a cruise in the Aegean. Even before coming, the hotel was very helpful in booking a guided tour of the city. The accommodations were excellent, as was the staff. Free breakfast was plentiful. Location is central, very close to the Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations.

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff, delicious food and a stunning roof terrace
Pros:

The very best thing about Henna Hotel Istanbul is the staff. Manager Sema and her team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. We arrived very early off an overnight flight from Asia and were given a room early to rest in. A couple of us weren't well and every effort was made to help us feel better. There's a lot more - delicious breakfast buffets, a stunning roof terrace and a great location, less than five minutes walk away from the main attractions - but it's the staff that makes this place stand out. We'll be back!

I recommend the Hannah hotel for excellent value, lovely staff, and excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was always helpful. The rooms were quite modern. And I love the shower and the bathroom.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is, I wish they would put a heating element under the eggs in the morning. Everything else at breakfast was very nice, but the eggs were never warm.

My new Istanbul home and friends! I highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent location on a cobblestone street with restaurants and shopping. Minute walks to famous sites, bazaars and Bosphorus. Staff were fantastic and friendly with great recommendations. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Every part of the hotel was clean and the room was modern and so comfortable. The beds are perfect! The sheets and pillows were a dream. Even the shampoo was amazing! I can’t say enough positive! Thank you to the staff! Our stay was above my expectations! We will go back for sure!

Exzellente Lage, Zimmer sehr sauber, groß und ruhig. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Wenig aufmerksames sehr junges Servicepersonal, das zudem jenseits der Muttersprache selbst in Englisch nur rudimentär kommunizierte.

Il se trouve également à seulement 5 minutes à pied des transports, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer.

Un grand merci à l’hôtesse qui est particulièrement gentille, sympathique, à l’écoute et très attentive aux besoins de ses clients. Son accueil chaleureux fait vraiment la différence.

Le petit déjeuner est également un vrai point fort : varié, de très bonne qualité et délicieux.

Enfin, l’ensemble du personnel est remarquable : toujours souriant, serviable et prêt à aider. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
