Pros:

호텔 호스트가 매우 친절하고 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 호텔 위치는 아야소피아에서 도보 5-6분으로 가까운데, 언덕이 있어서 조금 힘들기는 했네요. 객실이 조금 좁기는 하지만 시설과 청결상태가 좋았어요.

A wonderful stay and visit to Istanbul.
Pros:

A delightful boutique hotel focused on a warm quality experience for their guests.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and a good size. The hotel location was excellent with in an easy walk of the main attractions.
The breakfast offered turkish and more generic options with good coffee.
Such a great place to stay and we will be back.

Friendly and comfortable!
Pros:

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

It’s a little noisy at night if you get a room facing the street since the hotel is situated in a lively district. But I live in New York City, so the noise didn’t bother me. A light sleeper may have tossed and turned a bit.

Pros:

Great small hotel located right next to the historic city. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local and international food options. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room had a good size and comfortable bed. Will definitely come back again in our next visit to Istanbul.

We had a fantastic stay at Henna Hotel Istanbul and would absolutely rate it 10/10. The location is superb — just a short walk to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety to choose from each morning.

What truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They gave us clear recommendations on restaurants and directions, which made getting around so much easier.

There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance, which was a big plus. The hotel helped arrange our airport pickup and even prepared sandwiches for us for our early morning transfer — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated.

We also booked a Bosphorus sunset cruise through the hotel, and everything was seamless. The tour included hotel pickup and drop-off, making the whole experience very easy and enjoyable.

The terrace views are another highlight — you get beautiful views of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and even the Bosphorus.

Overall, an excellent stay with great service, location, and comfort. Highly recommended!

La atención, la ubicación es buena sin embargo era mi segunda vez en Estsmbul y creo que elegiría otro lugar en el futuro.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar. Solo incluyen café normal, si quieres un cappuchino, lo pagas aparte.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

Everything! The staff and especially the manager were wonderful and attentive. The king suite was huge with a separate dressing area and Large rooftop private terrace. All of which overlooks the Bosporus. The breakfast was also remarkable.
