Już na wejściu wita uśmiechnięty personel. Panie bardzo miłe, wyjaśniły, co i gdzie znajdziemy. Pokój czysty, łazienka również. Ładny wystrój. Basen, sauny zadbane, można było spokojnie się zrelaksować. Na śniadanie duży wybór jedzenia, wszystko świeże, ładnie wystawione na szwedzkim stole.

Poprawnie i przy drobnych poprawkach będzie dobrze...

Personel bardzo miły. Śniadanie było smaczne. Pokoje czyste a w nich wszystko działało tak jak trzeba. Basen w porządku, niestety nie działała sauna parowa o czym dowiedziałem się dopiero po przyjeździe, ale dwie pozostałe były sprawne i wystarczające,

Na śniadaniu zabrakło "standardowej" jajecznicy, nie było żadnej wędliny drobiowej ani sałaty. Niestety kiedy produkty się skończyły nie były donoszone, np. pomidory czy ogórki. Pokoje były w pewnym oddaleniu od strefy SPA, o czym dowiedzieliśmy się po przyjeździe (a powinniśmy przy rezerwacji). Latem nie byłoby problemu, jednak zimą te 200m trzeba było pokonać samochodem (szczególnie po korzystaniu z basenu i sauny).

Blisko do stoków oraz Czech

Sporo tego. Obsługa na plus. Basen porażka - zimna woda i lekcje nauki pływania od wt-czw, więc do dyspozycji kawałek przestrzeni do morsowania. Sauna nabita jak autobus do Lichenia tubylcami. Ciężko się tam dostać. Grota solna dodatkowo płatna, a informacja dopiero przy wejściu. Ze swoimi napojami zakaz wstępu. Możesz kupić sobie coś u ratownika. Pani ratownik powinna pomyśleć o jakimś urlopie, bo nawet nie wiem jaki miała głos. Śniadania obfite, różnorodne i dobre. Ale 2x trafiliśmy na pleśń w owocach (deserki) oraz w pieczywie. Pieczywo nie było codziennie świeże. Restauracyjne - płatne - jedzonko smaczne, a porcje obfite. Bilard i kręgle dodatkowo płatne. Ogólnie przespać się i zjeść ok ale na dłużej to miejscowość położona w środku niczego. Jest blisko Biedronka, myjnia oraz oczywiście Żabka. Jak na 3* znośnie

Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Sam hotel też bardzo cichy, w ogóle nie słychać innych gości. Duży parking. Super restauracja hotelowa z przystępnymi cenami. Pyszne śniadanie. Fajne spa z basenem i saunami.

Cons:

Szatniom strefy spa przydałby się remont.
