My stay was pleasant all in all

The location and customer service generally. The wifi was reliable

There was no tea or coffee in the room and the Television was not working. The water was cold.

Top keuze in centrum Kigali!
Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, midden in centrum. Toch geen lawaai in het hotel of kamer. Bed was heerlijk, airco fantastisch. Badkamer goed met fijne douche. Personeel deed extra stap om er voor te zorgen dat alles goed geregeld was, zoals vroege taxi en nog vroeger ontbijt. Diner was kwalitatief goed en niet duur. Top keuze

Cons:

Fitness was onder verbouwing en stelde niks voor. Restaurant voor dinner was nogal on-sfeervol en stil. Drank keuze zeer beperkt.

Great location and very safe.
Pros:

This place was great value. It’s a little old but there is a wonderful restaurant that catches the morning sun, the staff were wonderful and the absolute best thing was the location. It is located very near the car-free zone where there is reliable free wifi, wonderful shops and great coffee. Rwanda is incredibly safe and the cleanest country I have ever visited. If you expect luxury this is not the place for you but it is great value for everybody else. I

Lamentablemente no honraron la oferta y decidí ir a otro lugar.

No me hospedé aquí porque la oferta incluía un traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto y recibí un mensaje que tenía que pagar 20 dólares americanos extra para obtener el servicio. Les mencione que estaba escrito en la reserva que estaba incluído en el precio y no quisieron honrar la oferta, trato, reserva. Alegaron que si me enviaron un mensaje de que costaba 20 dolares la oferta no era válida. Un exabrupto jurídico!! Merecen una demanda por oferta engañosa o falta. Decidí cancelar la reserva y no usar booking.com. Encontré un hospedaje mejor, honesto y muy bien ubicado por mi mismo.
