Her şey mükemmeldi.
Pros:

1 hafta konakladık. Havuzdan, spa bölümünden, yemek çeşitliliğinden ve oda temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle restorant bölümünde çalışan garson Malin'e ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederiz. En kısa tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Отличная спа много бассейнов и саун

Cons:

К части комнат нет лифта и крутые лестницы и об этом нигде не пишут Мебель и ковровое покрытие в комнатах старое и доведено до состояния что неприятно прикосатьса каждый день что то ломалось полка в ванной, сейф не открывался, замок входной двери не закрывался, еда однообразная были 6 дней каждый день одно и тоже

Pros:

Стаята беше голяма, с хубава баня, удобни легла и прекрасна гледка! Спа центърът е страхотен с много различни сауни, басейни и процедури! Храната беше разнообразна и много вкусна!

Имам забележка само за това, че климатикът в стаята не изстудяваше и беше доста топло

Great hotel for relax for all family members
Pros:

The hotel was amazing value for money. There were over five swimming pools, including two children ones, all with hot mineral water, several saunas and steam rooms, perfect for relax for the family. The room was big, there was a lot of space left even with a baby cot. We had breakfast and dinner included, there was a huge choice of meals, everything we tried was very tasty, there was no problem with availability of tables or food though we were there on official holiday in Bulgaria. There is also a nice child playground inside the hotel and a play area for both small and bigger kids with а person to take care and make it more interesting for the kids. The staff was also very kind.

Cons:

The hotel is up on a hill and about 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre, which was not a problem for us, as we like to walk but is good tip for less active people.

Хареса ни атмосферата,обслужването ,хотела е красив и стилен,храната е превъзходна и е чисто .Благодарим!

Cons:

Ваната в банята беше прекалено висока за дете и възрастен и осветлението беше само над леглата ,стаята беше далеч от асансьора, което за дете и възрастен беше малко неудобно
