The hotel is in need of renovation
Pros:

Excellent spa, massages, outdoor pools with hot mineral water, children's swimming area.
The chef prepares a variety of breakfasts and dinners professionally,
the view from the room was wonderful!
Hotel compliments to guests.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of renovation; the rooms have old furniture, plumbing, dusty carpeting, hard linens and towels, and no mattress pad.

Хубав хотел, но с много не контролирани посетители (предимно от ромски произход).
Pros:

Храната беше превъзходна, обилана и разнообразна.Голям ресторант с любезен персонал.

Cons:

В СПАто не се контролираше спазването на правилата. Спасителят от следобедната смяна и служителките си седяха на стълбите и приказваха през цялото време, не обръщаха внимание на скачащите в басейна (Роми) и не се сменяше своевременно празната бутилка с минерална вода.Въпреки забраната да се запазват лежанките с хавлии, всички бяха със сложени хавлии, а хората дори не бяха в СПАто. Въпреки че има детски басейн , в големия басейн беше пълно с малки деца с пояси ....

Pros:

Отношението и разнообразието на храна и спа зона.

Cons:

Огромна група роми, които целодневно заемат топлите басейни и не освобождават за останалите гости. Би било редно управата да взема отношение в тези ситуации, но в случая не бе така.
След миналогодишното посещение бих дал максимална оценка, но това в случая е недопустимо - заплща се за услуга, от която не може да се възползвате пълноценно.
