Good hotel, but don't book if no Chinese
Pros:

check-in not so good. Whilst not speaking English is fine... not being able to understand at all the Hotels.com booking or the site or knowing anything about it is not. I had a photo of the booking.. and the page and the part written in Chinese and they still couldn't find it. Kept asking me the name of the site... what could i say? hotels .com... translating it to jiudian.com hardly helps does it??

They need to sort this out... accepting bookings from such a big site (not all hotels do) requires that they actually ... errr... know about it!!
