Great location within walkable distance to all the main sights and attractions
Wouldn’t recommend staying here for long period as quite cramped and bit overpriced compared to other hotels in same area
Perfect location, comfortable bed, good space to store your luggage despite the room being small. Nice bathroom.
Check in process a little complicated after a long travel day but the member of staff who was leaving stayed to help us. Room was a little dirty and there was some noise at night but only on one night of our stay.

The location was really good for all the key things to do in Singapore. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well! Very good blackout blinds, which makes a big difference. The front door of the hotel was always locked so it felt very secure, and we could use our key to get in anytime. It was great that they provide cooled (and hot) drinking water in the lobby. It meant we could refill out bottles and we didn't need to buy water at all. And we appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the reception on the last day, and the late check out time was great (11am).
The room was a bit tired. There was a little bit of clever storage around the bed but almost all of the drawers/ doors were stiff, stuck or broken. This mean we couldn't unpack and had to live out of our cases, which wasn't ideal given the room was quite small. There was luggage storage under the bed, but as we couldn't unpack, that was a bit useless.
It was also strange to me that there was no hand soap provided. There was shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the shower so we just used shower gel to wash out hands, but a bit annoying to have to open the shower every time we needed to wash our hands. I also hated that the bathroom door was opaque and there was a small gap around the bathroom door, meaning there was no privacy. You can see, hear and smell everything... glad we bought headphones!
The tea and coffee facilities in the room was pretty useless. While a hot water dispenser pre-filled with water was provided, there was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet included and no creamer or milk pods.
One final thing to note is that there was quite a lot of road noise (our room was at the front of the hotel). It didn't disturb our sleep because we were exhausted from a lot of walking and the heat, but may disturb some people.
We got this place on a genius deal, which made it good value. Despite a positive stay, I'm glad we didn't pay full price because I would have been underwhelmed.
The hotel was easy to find and close to the metro station. It is well located to get to other places. The room was modern, quiet and comfortable. I slept well there. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I liked having a water machine in the lobby too.
The only thing was a slight smell of drains when I first entered the room but it soon went. Everything else was great.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté des quais. Chambre certes petite, mais suffisante pour une personne. Le check-in se fait via une tablette à l’accueil hors des horaires d’ouverture de la réception. Personnel a l’écoute et efficace.
La clim est bruyante et souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui n’est pas très agréable.
