Excellent stay and good value for money.
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and sent a text to let us know our room was ready early. Clean and tidy. Great value for money.

Pros:

Very centrally located close to shops and 2 MRT stations as well as the river. Room was fine as I was only using it for sleep I didn't need much

Cons:

There was very loud drilling and construction from about 9pm until about 11pm. As reception is unstaffed from 7pm we had to contact them on the after hours number but they said they can't do anything. Another guest ended up having to call police to make a noise complaint.

Buena relacion calidad precio
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y teniendo en cuenta los precios de los hoteles de la zona, por lo que vale no puedes pedir mucho mas.

Cons:

A algunas zonas del hotel les falta mantenimiento. Las paredes de los pasillos tienen moho y parece un poco abandonado

Value for money in a great location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Staff. The lady at reception had stayed past the closing time of 7PM and was very welcoming. Mohammed was very friendly and accommodating. Letting meet leave my bags and use the restroom after checking out.
The location was great for local flavour and close to transport.

Cons:

The information on Booking.com wasn’t clear that if you arrived outside of hours, there is a code that will be sent to you for entry and then self check in. I think this should be upfront. I eventually received this info from the hotel.

The property is located nicely. Right in the middle of everything

Great location
Pros:

Location is very good, you can reach all tourist spots on foot. The rooms are simple but everything you need is there. Bathroom is working well. Breakfast is not at the same locations, but in another hotel about 200 m away. But that is ok and it was a small buffet.

Cons:

Check-in was very difficult. We arrived after 7pm and there is nobody at reception. You have to take a selfie with an iPad provided, that needs to match you passport. It worked well for my friend but not for me. There is a phone number but nobody took the call. We tried for a long time with the fotos, about half an hour, and finally got the room key. This should be improved!

Fine for a couple of days
Pros:

The location is great and the room size, while compact, was more spacious than some other compact hotel rooms. AC worked really well. Secure front door that needed key card access. Outdoor terraces were nice.

Cons:

There was mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom. There was a sewer smell coming from the drains/toilet. The staff were virtually no existent. Self check in/ check out process was unnecessarily cumbersome

Ubicación buena
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra a 10-15'min de la zona de Merlion caminando y tiene una parada de metro enfrente, con lo cuál, la ubicación es perfecta. Si después te quieres desplazar a los barrios, estás en un momento con el metro. La habitación es correcta y la limpieza también.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero para un par de días, no es problema!

Location is good, easy to walk from metro (from Airport) and NE line is so so close to hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out is easy too.

Toilet and shower is clear partition. Someone might feel unconfortable.
