Pros:

Owners son as "manager "the decided since the regular help was sent to the doctor for a emergency, he decided to put a young person that had zero experience at the front desk. While he sat and watched TV in his room. Needless to say check in was a nightmare

40 minutes to check me in
Pros:

Apparently ill prepared for my arrival, took them about 40 minutes to check me in because room was not prepared. Inconvenient for female travellers as there is no hair dryer to dry hair.
