停車跟走路去美國村都很方便，但是入住時發現垃圾桶裡竟然還有前一個住宿客人的垃圾，整體很不錯

Pros:

從陽台望出去的景色非常美！還能看到美國村，步行10來分鐘可抵達，不去美國村的話，5分鐘徒步路程還有很多間餐廳。設施齊全，櫃檯人員親切！

Cons:

We booked deluxe, got standard room. The problem wasnt the room as it’s only the floor difference, but it was clear on our booking that we should have coffee machine (we had to leave early mornings, so it was important). There was also hair in the bedsheets- long black hair- unlikely from cleaners. It took an hour to negotiate coffee machine - required calling booking.com and multiple conversations (while there were coffee machines in empty rooms that night- so it was just lack of good will from staff as could have been sorted in 5 minutes!). Really disappointing - very unJapanese experience. Beds are also quite soft and worn out!

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Loved that they were open 24hrs because we arrived around midnight! Excellent staff, great location and had all we needed in our room.

Cons:

Overall, Japanese hotels are smaller than U.S. hotels but other than a bit smaller space, it was fine.

Pros:

ビーチフロントで眺めが良い。スタッフが礼儀正しい。美浜のイオンや北谷ゲートウェイが近く買い物や移動がしやすかった。

Cons:

近隣の部屋の話し声やけたたましい足音、夜中のランドリーの音等の騒音が夜中まで毎日続きゆったり休むことが出来なかった。

Great location but if you can’t sleep…
Pros:

Great location, 5mins walk to Araha Beach and 15-20 to American Village. Hotel bikes to get around too.
