Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Loved that they were open 24hrs because we arrived around midnight! Excellent staff, great location and had all we needed in our room.

Cons:

Overall, Japanese hotels are smaller than U.S. hotels but other than a bit smaller space, it was fine.

Pros:

ビーチフロントで眺めが良い。スタッフが礼儀正しい。美浜のイオンや北谷ゲートウェイが近く買い物や移動がしやすかった。

Cons:

近隣の部屋の話し声やけたたましい足音、夜中のランドリーの音等の騒音が夜中まで毎日続きゆったり休むことが出来なかった。

Great location but if you can’t sleep…
Pros:

Great location, 5mins walk to Araha Beach and 15-20 to American Village. Hotel bikes to get around too.

Cons:

Inability to sleep soundly - I could hear my neighbours on both sides and above

Pros:

Location is really close to the beach. From the room the ocean view was impeccable. Can watch the sunset from the comfort of the room. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Able to loan free beach towels every morning to facilitate visits to the beach. There is a foot wash corner at the hotel so you can wash off the sand after getting back. Rooms are generally clean.

Cons:

Room facilities are dated and not particularly well-maintained. Huge scuff marks by the sofa. The bed and pillows were way too soft. TV not able to do Chromecast.
