Unloved Apartment Showing Its Age
Pros:

Large unit with kitchen.

Cons:

Degraded property: peeling wallpaper, older unit with crooked doors and not very clean. Luckily they provided air freshener to spray. Lots of stains inside unit and outside on carpet. Location kind of out of the way with slower local train service.

離車站很近，走路3分鐘就能到

Pros:

Good location near Mikawashima station, grocery store and konbini. Stayed in a family room with enough space for 4 people. Easy check in process with information to enter the room sent one day prior to arrival.

Cons:

Did not see staff during the entire stay. Traffic sounds from outside can be heard very easily from inside the room.

よかったです。
Pros:

町屋斎場を利用したので予約しました。このエリアには宿泊施設があまりないので価格高騰しているので、その点では清掃料金はかかるものの、低価格でありがたかった。完全無人チェックインなのは海外スタイルですね笑

Cons:

あまり思いつきませんが、コンセントが少なかったのが唯一難点。

ランドーレジデンス(アネックス･クラシック･スイーツ)毎回ありがとうございます。
Pros:

お部屋が広くてゆっくり出来ます。

Cons:

簡易キッチンだった為ちょっと使いづらかったのですが、他のお部屋が満室だったので残念でした。
※浴室のカーテンがカビだらけでした。
確認していただけたらと思います。

家のようなくつろぎがある部屋！
Pros:

4人部屋に宿泊したのですが、ホテルより広々しており、まるで家のような安心感がありました。トイレや浴槽なども新しく心地よい空間でした。タオルも交換してくださって助かりました。台所用品もある程度あったので、助かりました。

Cons:

エアコンと洗濯機の音が少々大きかったです。壁紙も所々めくれていました。洗濯物を干す場所がなかったので、部屋の仕切りの鴨居に干しました。カーテンや部屋の壁などに収納できる物干しがあれば、完璧だと思いました。

Great value for the price,comfortable,clean room with good facilities
Pros:

Room was great has a kitchen area seperat3 bathroom and toilet seperate bedrooms so we were very comfortable there

Cons:

The only thing I suppose we could possibly say to improve the hotel would be that the foyer rubberised flooring is a bit discoloured so it appears to be a bit of mess and the carpet rear outside our room on the 6th floor is pretty marked with stains,however this does not reflect on the room we stayed which was very clean and comfortable for us if they were to replace the foyer flooring and carpet outside the 6th floor I’d say that would make an even better impression
upon guests.
