للأسف كانت من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها. عند وصولنا كانت هناك رائحة كريهة جدًا داخل الفيلا جعلت الإقامة غير مريحة. وعندما أبلغنا المضيف بالمشكلة، لم يحاول إيجاد حل، بل كان تعامله غير احترافي، وتعرضنا لتعليقات مسيئة وعنصرية بسبب جنسيتنا، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقًا.

اضطررنا إلى مغادرة الفيلا فورًا وحجز مكان إقامة آخر عبر Booking.com على نفقتنا الخاصة. لا أنصح بهذه الفيلا إطلاقًا، وآمل أن تتم مراجعة هذا المكان حتى لا يمر ضيوف آخرون بنفس التجربة

The property located in a good location from one hand it is close to the center and from the other hand it is on a forest with nature around.
The facilities are good.
Overall very good value for the price.

Cons:

When snowing there are internet problems that might not be resolved for days. So if you do not have mobile internet that’s might be a big problem.
