Nuit etape pour raison professionnelle.

Pros:

Hôtel neuf, confortable, équipe souriante. Par contre, il était faussement indiqué sur Hotels.com que l'arrivée devait être avant 18h, ce qui n'est pas le cas, il y a une réception. Aussi l'email était ambigûe pour savoir si la chambre était prépayée ou pas.

Pros:

C'est dans un établissement de conception et de design moderne que vous serez recu par un personnel agréable et souriant. Les chambres sont vastes et propres et la literie offre un confort propice à un repos bien mérité. Le restaurant est lui aussi de qualité et le menu proposé offre un bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner cependant, pas de pain, pas de fromage, et peu de fruits.

Hôtel qui était bien il y a quelques années...
Restaurant bon, mais il faudra expliquer pour quoi le menu de midi à 19 euros passe à 25 le soir ( le même)?
Glaces et vitrines loin d'être "clean"...
Une chambre commandée pour deux personnes: une seule bouteille d'eau, et un seul gobelet en carton. Pour deux!
Deux jours de passés, et personne n'est venu nettoyer notre chambre !
Deux Etoiles= une de trop !!

Très bon accueil, toujours à l'écoute, à la recherche de solutions. Propose des restaurateurs partenaires pour compléter le séjour quand nécessaire. De bon conseil sur la connaissance des alentours. Très flexible dans l'offre.

A l'arrivée, les clés étaient à disposition à l'accueil, il n'y avait pas de personnel.
Petit déjeuner sans réservation avec viennoiseries, pain et un peu de charcuterie et fromage

Short business stay in a nice, convenient hotel
Pros:

Nice little hotel which I used for business, as I was working over the road. Hotel is modern, clean and good value for money. The restaurant is all home cooked meals, and reasonably tasty.
The only downside was no air conditioning, and it was 30C + when I was there, so it was very warm at night.
