Charmantes Hotel in bester Lage, hier kommt man gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme, die Lage am Neckar in der Altstadt ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war absolut i.O., insbesondere der Frühstücksraum im historischen Kellergewölbe ist der Hingucker. Check-In und Check-Out unkompliziert, der 24-Std-Zugang über eine PIN/Card klappt hervorragend und wird vorab per Mail sauber kommuniziert!

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist Nachmittags nur eine halbe Std besetzt, hier muss man seine Ankunft also genau timen, sollte man noch weitergehende Wünsche/Fragen neben dem reinen Zugang zum Haus/Zimmer haben - oder per Mail anfragen. Ein Getränkeschrank zur Selbstbedienung wäre super, dieses trifft man mittlerweile in vielen Hotels - als Alternative zur Mini-Bar auf dem Zimmer - zur Selbstaufschreibung schon an. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mir persönlich einen Hauch zu teuer, sonst hätte ich es jeden Tag genutzt.

Cons:

Dachgeschoss Appartement Dachschräge extrem, aufpassen Kopf , sonst super .
Im Sommer könnte es dort oben warm werden
Ventilator oder ähnliches wäre dann Toll

Sicher nicht nochmal. Lassen sich nur ihre gute Lage bezahlen.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Harte Betten. Kleines Zimmer mit tiefen Dachschrägen, bei „Delux“. Betten wurden in der ganzen Aufenthaltszeit ,3Nächte, nicht ein einziges mal gemacht. Geschweige frische Handtücher offeriert.
Unhöfliches Reinigungspersonal, welches keinen Anstand hatte die Gäste zu begrüssen und aus dem Lift den Vortritt zu überlassen, sondern sich noch reinzudrängeln…
Keine Parkplätze und keinerlei Vergünstigungen bei teuren öffentlichen Parkhäusern.
Frühstück nur extra zu buchen bei bereits überteuerten Zimmerpreis, Kind hätte ebenso den vollen Preis eines Erwachsenen gekostet. Frechheit!

Mooie locatie, fijne kamer, lekker ruim. Self check in ging heel goed. Altijd wat huiverig voor maar dit is de uitzondering op de regel.

Es war sauber und sehr zentral

Cons:

Leider war das Dach defekt und es war windig. Durch das klappern der Schieferplatten war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Eine Entschädigung wurde mir verwährt. Professionell sieht anders aus
