Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, sehr individuell und schön

Sehr liebevolle Zimmerausstattung, es gibt einen Lift, toller Blick auf den Fluss, sauber, geräumig, perfekte Lage in der Altstadt

Pros:

Das ist das erste Hotel seit langen wo das Personal sehr freundlich war! Es war vorallem auch sehr sauber. Man könnte mit weißen Socken durch das ganze Hotel laufen ohne dass sie dreckig werden. Auch dür Familienausflüge ist war dieses Hotel sehr passend und gemütlich. Es gab auch eine sehr große Vielfalt im Frühstück. Da war für jeden was dabei. Alles in einen hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Ich und meine Familie können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend

Cons:

Früher war das ein top 4-Sterne Hotel. Jetzt wird nicht einmal täglich das Bett gemacht oder Mülleimer geleert. Toilettenpapier fehlte ebenfalls ab Tag 3. man kann eine Reinigung anfordern, aber eine zwischendurch Kontrolle wäre sinnvoll. Ich hatte sogar an der Rezeption gesagt, dass ich zwar keine Zimmerreinigung brauche, aber mein Bett und die Mülleimer wären nett. Trotzdem nicht erfolgt.
Straße war auch ziemlich laut, offenes Fenster nachts nicht zu empfehlen.

Top Lage für einen Altstadtbesuch. Schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Optimale Lage am Neckar an/hinter der Altsatdt. Gebpäck konnte bis 15:30 Uhr am Abreisetag abgestellt werden. Unser Zimmer war über Eck mit 2 Fenstern und schön ausgestattet. Professionelles, gut eingestelltes Personal in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Wer TV schauen will hat in unserem Zimmer Den Himmelbettvorhang im Bild :) Uns war das egal.

Pros:

I'm so impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The staff's welcoming gestures truly made me feel right at home. Its prime location offers such breathtaking views! I couldn't ask for a better spot to unwind and recharge. This experience has been absolutely delightful and I can't wait to come back again.

Cons:

I would like to share a small observation regarding my recent stay. The attic room, while having a certain charm, proved to be a bit challenging. The sloping ceilings did cause some unexpected bumps during our visit. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side, although they were quite cozy. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests considering this accommodation.
