Amazing view
Pros:

I'm so impressed with the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The staff's welcoming gestures truly made me feel right at home. Its prime location offers such breathtaking views! I couldn't ask for a better spot to unwind and recharge. This experience has been absolutely delightful and I can't wait to come back again.

Cons:

I would like to share a small observation regarding my recent stay. The attic room, while having a certain charm, proved to be a bit challenging. The sloping ceilings did cause some unexpected bumps during our visit. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side, although they were quite cozy. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests considering this accommodation.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel on the river, on the edge of the Altstadt, with a short walk to the Alte Brucke and heart of the Altstadt. We had a room on the top floor. The ceiling sloped down (had to be careful not to crack a skull whenever I turned around), but the view of the river and the Heidelberger Schloss wad fantastic. It was a great value for the location and quality of the room. The staff was also extremely helpful and kind.

Stijlvol met heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Stijlvolle afwerking, fijn bed, super ontbijt , mooie locatie

Cons:

Uitzicht op de rivier…inderdaad in dakkapel…dat hoef je dus niet extra te boeken.
Derde verdieping; eng idee dat bij brand de enige vluchtweg drie etages lager ligt.
Ik zou graag terugkomen maar dan op de eerste etage

L'accueil du personnel, l'emplacement de la chambre et de l'hôtel, la propreté des lieux. Globalement tout est très bien.

Cons:

C'est un détail mais il manque peut-être juste 2 petites tisanes avec une bouilloire pour le soir, après une longue balade !

Excellent value great location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marstall. Our room on the first floor was very comfortable and had a gorgeous river view. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We arrived after reception hours so the front door was locked but we received a pin via email so we got into our room just fine. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet but only a 10 minute walk to most of the city sights. Kind and helpful staff at the front desk. Overall, excellent value and extremely satisfied with our stay.

バス停方直ぐ近くバスの本数も多かった。主な観光名所からも近くロケーションが最高。
事前の部屋のリクエストに応じてもらい、スタッフの応対は丁寧で、最高のステイができ、同行の家族から、予約者としての評価が上がった。最高の思い出になった。

Wunderbar
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit Blick auf den Fluss. Der Online-Check-In hat tadellos funktioniert und das Team war auch sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist optimal zentral und mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof ohne Umzusteigen.
