Nefunkční přístup na pokoje, složité ovládání automatiky pro vstup na pokoje. Špatná komunikace

Cons:

Velmi špatné zabezpečení automatického vstupu, nutnost stahnout si aplikaci smluvního ubytovacího řetězce, několikanásobné ověřování, pin kody chodí do mailu a ne na sms, jeden z automatizovaných systémů přístupu do místnosti se porouchal a bylo velmi složité se o víkendu v mimopracovní dobu dovolat jakékoliv pomoci a vzhledem k tomu, že systém selhal v situaci, kdy ubytovaný měl věci na pokoji a nemohl se k nim dostat, hrozí nebezpečí, kdybyste spěchali na letadlo, tak vám uletí, vyřešení problému trvalo přes 1,5 hodiny. Pak se podařilo dovolat na alarm servis a získat kovový klíč k odemčení pokoje.

Sto se tiče higijene jako sam razočarana.Obe kante za smeće i u kuhinji i u kupatilu bile se pune sa otpatcima.Kupatilo prljavo,posuđe u kuhinji nije oprano. Mislim da više ovde neću dolaziti.

Im Badezimmer ,an den Fließen noch rester von Zahnpasta vom Vorgänger. Ablage der Kühlkombination war noch verschmutzt und vor meinem Bett lagen noch vom Vorgänger Haanadeln mit zerbrochene Büchse.
