Only Ok, expensive for what you get. Bonvoy WiFi is not user friendly.
Pros:

Cleanliness, spacious comfortable rooms. No road noise. Plenty of EV at the hotel next-door.
Breakfast is overrated, but acceptable. Breakfast staff were vey nice.

Cons:

The desk service was really bad the evening we checked in. The ladies were chatting and joking rather than assisting us. We had to wait much longer than was necessary.
It was challenging getting on to the Bonvoy WiFi. I called the desk from both the room phone and the main line multiple times, there was no response. When I finally got a response I had to wait and wait till I hung up. Finally called the main Bonvoy help line, and that took awhile too. Marriott needs to make room WiFi easier.
Air conditioning on the noisy side.
Beds were not made, unless requested, which is a bit much when the hotel is on the expensive side.

Best staff and pr in this city. Location a bit difficult to navigate but not too demanding.
Pros:

Staff "Can Do" attitude-seamless check-in, cleanliness, food at breakfast

Cons:

Smoking area outside adjacent to entryway not good planning. Handicapped paeking spaces considerable distance from entrance. Window air conditioning units loud and would blow cold air directly onto sleeping area without ability to redirect.

Enjoyed being able to use SpringHill suites as a getaway, I will surely be back.
Pros:

My children didn’t care for the breakfast, mostly the waffles, they said they had a weird taste. I love the room perfect size for a little getaway.

Cons:

I think the pool could be bigger. It gets crowded very fast/

Overall very good and accommodating
Pros:

Very clean. Loved the pool. Good breakfast choices

Cons:

The TV was in an odd place. Kinda hard to watch in bed. Husband is in a wheelchair so it was nice to have a roll in shower however the soap was on the opposite end of where the seating is in the shower

Cons:

Room 314’s bathroom door was hard to lock-no place to hang up stuff- we had five purple and they gave us only 3 towels- no bedding for sofa bed but when called down they came right up
