Rooms are a little outdated. Breakfast was good. Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Overall experience was average. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping cleaned my room once during a 9 day stay.

I will say that the breakfast was a little disappointing this stay. Hard to describe but it just tasted off.
The staff was very helpful and friendly
The location of the facility is perfect. The view of the MS gulf coast is simply amazing. The exterior of the facility is always clean and well kept.
The hotel attendant was horrible. I have stayed at the Biloxi Hyatt many times. The staff has always been kind and accommodating. After booking my stay and arriving at the hotel I confirmed my preferences for an early check in, high floor and water view. However, the attendant charged me an EXTRA $10 for the water view. This was in addition to the additional $250 deposit. The room was not clean. There were dirty q-tips on the bathroom floor under the bathroom sink. Breakfast was okay but the breakfast meat was ham, sliced and in water. There was no alternative for non-pork.
This was a nice stop on our road trip. We didn't have any high expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They pull double duty as barista and chef. Pool and hot tub were great! Just wish there was a nice beach area.
Not much. Breakfast was good not worth almost $500 a night with a deposit that wasn’t disclosed.
