Rooms good use some minor upgrades
It was across the street from the beach. Property very nice and clean. Out side of power being out on arrival the staff was super friendly and apologetic about the situation that was out of there control, they kept me informed and when power was restored they got everyone checked and other family that were already there situated in a timely fashion.

Destaco el trabajo de las chicas durante el desayuno, muy atentas a que no falte nada, a que todo permanezca limpio y en orden, además de ser muy atentas y cordiales. El desayuno es bueno, variado con cereales, frurtas, proteína, etc.
La habitación era cómoda.
El área de la piscina la usamo bastante porque la playa, si bien se encuentra cruzando la calle, no es lo que esperaba, apenas a 2 metros de la orilla el fondo ya no es de arena, es como de lodo negro (dejo una foto) y justo hubo tormenta los días anteriores por lo que la playa estaba un poco sucia, mencionando también que están con tareas de restauración de la costa, están dragando arena del mar para reponer arena a la playa, por lo que un sector está cerrado. Asi que fue exelente que el hotel contara con una pileta amplia.
También me gustó el espacio con fogón que tiene al lado de la pileta, pudimos asar marshmallows en la noche.
El personal en general es muy cordial.

La heladera en la habitación no funciona bien, enfríaba muy poco y la perilla para regular la tempera estaba rota, tuvimos que llenar un tupperware con hielo y apoyar encima las cosas que teníamos para que se conserbaran bien dentro de la heladera.
No funcionaba el lector de llave para ingresar al baño de la piscina, teníamos que ingresar por el gimnasio.
Awesome experience at this location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fresh and clean breakfast every morning. The pool was well maintained and stocked all day with fresh towels.

The AC wasn’t work properly the whole time we stayed, and it was super hot and uncomfortable, it wasn’t that clean and had a smell in the hallway of the hotel. The pillows in the room had a smell.

That the floor we stayed on the air in the hall way felt like we was still outside in the heat idk if the ac was messed up out there but it’s that and our shower pressure was so strong it was shooting out the shower and into the floor but overall stay was good
The property is near the beach.
The air conditioning system in my room made a lot of noise my family and I could not sleep. I did speak to someone at the front desk and the manager who was on duty about the situation. The young lady said that there is nothing she can do about it other than sign me up for rewards which doesn’t solve my problem.
We stayed multiple days with multiple rooms and our last room was not cleaned until after 3pm on the third day. We were quoted one price for one day and then the price increased to what the manager described as a "rack" rate. The room doors did not close completely when leaving. Be sure and pull them close IF you book this hotel. The exterior door had a keypad to enter, but the actual door was never securely locked at night. They squeezed us for an extra $98 per night over the weekend out of greed. We will never return to this hotel in the future.
The location. The hotel cleaner was the nicest and most helpful person we met at the property.
This property was very cheaply ran. Things were broken such as a light, a blind and not repaired. The TV had a 14 and over security lock. The mattress was not comfortable. We slept much better at a less valued motel. This room was not worth $260.00
Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean but needs a little updating. Breakfast was ok. Except for the inconveniences we had a good stay.
Room phone didn't work, Ice machine was broken on our floor, so had to go to another floor for ice, no housekeeping for our rooms the whole length of our stay, and had to take out our own trash. Trevor at front desk was rude and didn't want to give us towels for our rooms, as we had a couple of rooms.
