The size of the room and friendliness of staff
More handicap parking would be nice. There was only 3 spots.
Very friendly staff, clean facility, and delicious food!!
Staff would start cleaning up breakfast early, so there were fewer selections for late risers.
The Breakfast was exceptional and the location was very good
The floor board in front of the toilet was loose it make a sweaking noise everytime we stepped on it
Nice room
Inconvenient
The location and staff
The pool was terribly dirty!!!!! Like almost a greenish brown yuck!!!!
the room was clean..
I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered.
First and foremost, the staff—particularly a woman I believe is named Hanna—was shockingly rude. When I requested additional towels, she asked how many I needed. I replied, “four or five,” and was met with an eye-roll. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
Second, the food service was a disaster. I placed an order totaling $79, only to receive a Caesar salad with ranch dressing. I was told the fryer had broken and the rest of the food would be brought to my room when it was ready. Two hours later, we received cold, soggy fries—no wings, no explanation. When we asked about the rest of our order, Hanna again responded rudely, insisting the food had already been delivered. It had not. After another 30 minutes and a follow-up call, we finally received the remaining items—over 2.5 hours later and barely edible.
This experience was deeply frustrating and far below the standard I expect from any hotel. I travel with my family at least four times a year and have never encountered such a poorly run operation. If this is representative of how your hotels are managed, I will make a point to avoid them entirely moving forward.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that you will address the staff behavior and service issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.
