It's was great except the pool and hot tub were not working.

NICE, but not the Best I've experienced.
Pros:

I loved the location and the room was really nice and spacious.

Cons:

We were told we could order wings and drinks all night, but when we went downstairs to order wings we were told by, I can only assume, the front desk worker, that was on crutches, that he wasn't cooking anything bc he was on crutches. So our first night we weren't able to get a late night drink and snack

Great value hotel, comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location very close to the beach and also near to downtown, with plenty of free parking. Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with both hot and cold options.

Cons:

The room was pretty clean, there was just a cleaning cloth left in one corner of the room.

Terrible start, great finish.

The system was down upon arrival and the staff were a bit flippant about our dilemma of not being able to get into our room due to the system being down! They eventually got in and got our key after almost an hour, but they spouted alot of taught phrases like "the room being ready on time is not guaranteed". Not cool. I never get to have a romantic getaway with my spouse. We really needed this to be special. My first impression was terrible, though afterwards the stay went well.
