The hotel was very clean and well put together.
Customer service I know it has been though. But it should be remembered in staff meetings and how to answer the phone.
The heated pool was nice, but a hot tub would be better.

Decided to come back to this hotel on Tuesday after spending Saturday night here and having a wonderful experience.Couldn’t have made a worse decision. Checked in with Ozeem at the front desk and not only was I not greeted with a friendly demeanor and recognition of my lifetime titanium status there wasn’t even a civil discourse.. He was totally unhelpful, rude ,argumentative and made statements which were not only untrue but absurd. Sorry that I made the decision to return to the Courtyard at Mohawk Harbor but I won’t make that mistake again and I would recommend that you don’t either.
honestly nothing
The room was dirty, the frig didn’t work. Had two room had to stay in one due to the other room smelled of smoke. Mold in bathroom.
Great location! Right next to Rivers and surrounded by great restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The girl at the front desk was great - I don’t recall her name unfortunately but she was very welcoming!
The walls are thin - we could hear other TVs droning and people’s muffled conversations but we just put white noise on our phone and slept just fine after that!

Great clean hotel. I came here with my husband for a show at SLOC. Loved the unique room layout with the bed facing out towards the window. There was a plug and nightstand next to each side of the bed (a pet peeve of mine when hotels do not have this). The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a very short walk to a great brewery (Druthers Brewing Company) on the water and a couple restaurants. One mile away is downtown with the theaters and many restaurants and shopping. Street fairs seem to be quite common, so plan your parking well when heading into town! I would definitely stay here again.
