Cons:

The rate for one night and room wasn't ready when I got there. I had to get dressed in the bathroom in the lobby for a wedding!

Pros:

Staff, cleanliness. Gym was out of paper towels and sanitizing wipes and the indoor pool was very cold...lighting inside room was dull although they had plenty of lights in the room

They cancelled my reservation after I was supposed to to pay at property! I drove 6.5 hours and to get there at 6:11 pm to find out you cancelled my room because I didn’t respond to an email you sent me about I needed to pay in full before I get there?!

Then you lie to my face and tell me you are the hotel on this side that have vacancy. Lies I went right into the Booking.com site and booked another pay at the property up the street! They never cancelled with Booking either, so had I not called Booking they would have tried to charge me for a no call no Shaw! SMH

I’m driving idiots!!! Who checking email on the rd? At the end of the day I was suppose to pay at the property!

Great location and very clean.
Pros:

I was at this location for a work meeting. I enjoyed the stay, it was very clean and quiet. Most definitely would stay again.
