Entitled old guys ruined our experience and hotel did nothing
Pros:

Location is Amazing, just got harassed by a guy didn't want to let us fish.Me and my family where guests and the Hotel took sides with the weird harasser (non guest) giving my room number. Unfortunately we had to leave because didn't felt safe anymore.
Go somewhere else, there's plenty of options a this price point for better service and less harassment

Fabulous Property
Pros:

Wonderful week at Waterline. The suites are large and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the island or for a quick trip to St. Armands or Sarasota. Special thanks to Yadrian who went way above and beyond in accommodating a change in schedule due to bad weather up north. I highly recommend this fabulous resort to anyone wishing to experience the best of the Gulf coast.

Very unclean
Pros:

The property is very nice and conveniently located in AMI. However after going for the second year in a row we were very disappointed. Very dirty. One walk around the room and our kids feet were black. No mopping goes on only vacuuming and the same things like sand where still on the floor each time we went back. One day they didn't put towels for us and ended up bringing it quick when we called. Best customer service was from a young man named Tyler who switched out our rooms as soon as we got there and hadn't gotten the same one as the year prior ( due to space ). We loved the hotel prior to this stay, and will most likely not be back. Getting outdated and like I said very unclean. The couches and the carpets are also very filthy. Big worry especially when traveling with kids and you see little cockroaches in the room.

Amazing visit
Pros:

Everyone was very helpful,the rooms were great and so was the pool,the beacb near the hotel is beautiful and so are the sunsets that come along with it,its probably only a 5 minute walk and the cute little shops right next to the hotel are adorable.

We absolutely loved our stay and the pool area is gorgeous. Thanks for keeping the pool water so warm! The kitchen area was perfect for the nights we cooked in. We will definitely be back!
