Important information:

Standard Classic Bedrooms will include complimentary flip flops for guests. Robes can be hired for an additional GBP 5 per person. All other room types will include complimentary robe hire and flip flops for guests.

There is a children's swimming pool charge for GBP 10 per child for any room type booked. Children will be able to swim daily between 09:00 - 10:30 and 16:30 - 18:00.

Spa access, including the swimming pool & gym, is restricted to a certain number of hours per guest, depending upon the room type booked.

Superior Spa bedrooms with balconies are subject to availability. Requests are required to be made in advance.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the following room types: (Deluxe Bedrooms).

As a courtesy, we would like to inform guests that the hotel hosts weddings and other functions, which may take place during your stay. Some events include musical entertainment and may cause noise.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

the treatments we amazing, Mya and Sabrina were incredible
spa was nice but...see below

Cons:

breakfast was poor for the price, staff trying their best, options poor, having to pay for normal breakfast at that room rate is poor
bar closed at 10pm, had to call night porter and he didn't know how to do drinks, like cocktails
lost bracelet as they took robe that was hung up, they said they went to look and never came back to us
some of spa not working, disco light in steam room...who wants that!

Lovely hotel - but not the best during the heatwave due to lack of aircon
Pros:

Spa was lovely, food was good, staff were helpful.

Cons:

Room was very hot - no aircon - and the fan didn't do much to cool it down so we didn't sleep well

A very enjoyable stay with friend at the Hatherley Manor Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with good spa facilities and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Due to the hot weather the rooms were hot but fans were provided.

Disappointed and not what I expected
Pros:

Exterior is nice spa facilities are decent

Cons:

Its not what I expected. Room design was not what I imagined from photos. The view terrible. Once we asked to change the room as it was really too small and I paid for bigger room. Staff downplayed it and did not even say sorry just offered another room casually. That was closer to description of what I paid for. But both rooms had absolutely no view first one was to the roof full of external AC units and given the temperature you had to have a window open, but you cannot as its too noisy and the second room was to inner patio path but essentially straight to the wall. Really unpleasant.

Also did not get offered a fan after we changed the room. And NOTE booking filters this hotel and shows that there is AC but bedrooms does NOT have any.

Also if there is catering event and you are on the first floor corridors have intense smell of food which is not a pleasant experience if you are a bit sensitive.

Great, chilled break away in a wonderful location. Will be back! Maybe in the winter for a log fire!
Pros:

Great location, ideally situated to visit Cheltenham. 7 mins from a great pub to watch the football. Loved the spa, enjoyed 2 hrs in the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and then sunned ourselves outside as weather was hot! Staff were all delightful, all super helpful and friendly. Loved the grounds, the bar and breakfast was great.

Cons:

The only small thing was lack of air con. We had read reviews and brought extra fans. But it was exceptionally hot in our room making it very difficult to sleep. Not a lot could be done about this I guess!

Pros:

Over priced,location fine,wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Pros:

Meals we had were adequate,the area around the spa garden needed sorting,weeds growing out of the path made it look neglected,bar area looks a little dated.
