Wonderul stay
Pros:

We stayed here for the 5th time and it felt like coming home again. It is so nice to see all the familiar faces every year. Katie and her team deliver hospitality at its best, especially Jen, Katie, German and Sarah. All areas all we kept and maintained. The breakfast area is bright, the food offerings vary daily and are tasty. Yuli, Arely and the other ladies keep everything filled up and clean, it was a pleasure to see them as well every morning.
The 2 Bedroom suites have a good size and storage places. They are also clean, although the only minus was that in 10 days there was no vacuum cleaner used.
There is also a laundry room which is very useful, now you just use an app instead of having to get a lot of quarters.
We already to look forward to our next stay!

Fantastic!!! I will definitely book there again on my next overnight stay in that area
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice, welcoming, friendly and attentive! Especially Jakayla (the front desk worker on the evening shift and the Manager Kaitlin Gay that worked the morning shift the following day. The room was very nice, clean and accommodating.

Wonderful
Pros:

I loved everything!!! The staff is so welcoming and so nice Gen the manager was so helpful & nice. The staff in the cafeteria they are so warm and so kind. Lady name Ariel’s Lopez was so sweet very helpful. My daughter has competitions this season nearby and we have stayed there for the last three times and we love it every single time.

There’s not one thing I can say that I didn’t like

I was told noking bed. Therr were iTripAdvisor & others had them kings beds I’m diamond member suppose be treated nice
Pros:

Excellent personnel except for housekeeping. My sheets were not changed and I was there’s 5?days. I requested them to be changes but never happened
As far as I requested king bed they couldn’t do it. Yet trip advisor hasten and others. So much for being a diamond member

Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast food was fabulous. Also, the front desk people were very helpful any time I had a question. The room itself was the nicest suite I've ever seen in a "highway" situation.
Well done!

Cons:

It is nothing you can control, but there was a great deal of cigarette smoke in the lobby area. I saw no one smoking, so I assume it came inside in the hair and clothing of smokers.

The front desk person went above and beyond, we were celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday and she gave her a birthday card, which really made her day and she thought was so cool.
She’s gone on to tell our entire family the hotel for a card just for her birthday. It was something so simple but so sweet and really meaningful. I wish I could remember her name! She was there when we checked in and she also checked us out! Anyways, huge thank you to her.
