Unique, restaurant & bar on site, location
No coffee/ breakfast available on property!!!! Staff weren’t able to help with questions or requests. Double bed in a queen room ???? It was an ADA room so that may be why. Headboard was oversized & bed wasn’t centered ~ just odd! Records to use a nice touch as well as games etc though we didn’t use any.
Loved the charm of the place and the cocktails and live music next door are awesome. Record players and library in the rooms are great too! Blizzard was coming and staff was so helpful for the entire situation. Great find for EC!
Maybe just the sliding wooden door for the bathroom but that's just a preference!
Nice clean room.
Nothing I didn't like. Everything was great
Noises from other rooms were minimal at most. Front desk workers were extremely friendly. Rooms were very spacious.
No full breakfast, we booked 2 queen bed rooms but they had fulls in them. Room's floor plan were somewhat strange.
Close to venue
Noisy all night, music playing until 2 am and front office wouldn't answer phone
The room and closeness to other EC businesses was nice
The Conditioner and Body wash were out

Thought there was supposed to be a band. But was just a guy and a guitar.
The hotel has a great location, vibe, and fun amenities like a record player. The Lakely bar is also fantastic, we greatly enjoyed our cocktails and the service from Addison was great.
Our room (#16) had a slightly unpleasant smell (sort of mildly sour/damp?) when we checked in. Everything looked perfectly clean so I couldn't determine what was causing it, except the chair had a largeish stain on it, so maybe that was it? It faded eventually, and wasn't a huge deal. Everything else was great and we will stay again if we come back to Eau Claire!
