The hotel itself is impeccably maintained and located in an incredible area of the city. The rooms are excellent, the breakfasts are fantastic, and the dinners are outstanding. In terms of value, it offers an incredible price-to-quality ratio. I can honestly say that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart from the rest is its staff. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and the difference here is the people. They consistently go far above and beyond expectations, and they do so with genuine care and kindness. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Cabo.

The staff here genuinely seem to love what they do, and it shows in everything they do. They are wonderful people, and the kindness they showed me nearly brought me to tears. It was that special.

Personally, I will never stay anywhere else when I return. This hotel and spa offer the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, family-style hospitality, and truly good people. I am sincerely impressed by how well I was treated.

There are so many team members who deserve recognition that I am afraid I will forget someone. If I do, it is only because every person I encountered was incredible. If I mentioned the name of every person at this hotel who became special to me, this review would end up reading more like a short story than a review. I would especially like to thank Jessica, who came to visit me in the hospital simply because she is such a caring and generous person. That meant far more to me than words can express. Manuel, Carlos cormono Salvador Manuel yessy Rodolfo salvador Omar , fernda and the hole front staff pabloand many others made me feel like part of the family

I arrived here while dealing with health issues solo, and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Before arriving, I stayed at hotels that were much more expensive and far more luxurious on paper, but none of them came close to this experience.

Enjoyed our stay, good value
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, and the pool area was relaxing/never crowded. Matias, the concierge, assisted us with finding and booking the activities we were interested in. Great customer service overall.

Best value stay in the heart of Cabo!
Pros:

The location, low rates, nice staff, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, breakfast buffet with omelettes made on request.

Cons:

Lack of sun-beds around the pool, we could not really enjoy that area. We went during the Easter holidays so it might get less busy during other months.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff and location were amazing. I was able to walk to the beach and to the marina in 10-15 mins. Grocery store close by as well. The pool and gym were great, I went to the gym everyday and had a great workout. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely plan a return trip.

The people make the difference.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful: the rooms are spacious, have balconies, and some even come with kitchens. But what truly makes the difference are the people. Friendly, attentive, and helpful — we were always greeted with a smile (except for one lady at breakfast), and all our wishes were fulfilled. I especially want to mention Carlos and the lady at the bar from Argentina, whose name I unfortunately don’t know. They made our stay even more special.

Housekeeping was also excellent and surprised us with thoughtful little details.

The only downside was that breakfast was not served as a buffet, which was a bit challenging for my little ones. Fortunately, a solution was found for that as well.

I would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful stay. If we come back to Los Cabos again, we will definitely return to your hotel.
