Bel hôtel, excellent petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Bel hotel avec une belle piscine de taille moyenne et un personnel très sympathique et serviable. La chambre était assez grande, assez similaire à ce qu'on trouve au Mexique en général. Le vrai plus c'est le petit déjeuner à la carte inclus. C'était excellent et avec une présentation très soignée. Très bon cocktail au bar de la piscine également.
On a beaucoup aimé la margarita de bienvenue, ce n'est pas partout qu'on a ça.
Assez bien situé à 10 mn de la plage et de la marina. Mais assez éloigné pour ne pas trop entendre le bruit des bars et discothèques.

Cons:

Rien en particulier. Mais ils pourraient améliorer la décoration des chambres et du lobby pour donner plus de charme.

Exceptional staff….most everything in walking distance.
Pros:

The facilities were spotless .
Hand down the most accommodating staff in all of our 6+ visits to the Cabo area.

Cons:

The bedding was hard as a rock and uncomfortable.
In our estimation it all needs to be replaced.
If we were there to party, we wouldn’t care…but the older set may be unhappy.

Great stay at Medano Suites !
Pros:

We just finished a wonderful one month stay at Medano Suites and loved it. The location was perfect close to Medano Beach and downtown. Our Jr suite was clean , comfortable, and ideal for a long stay. We used the pool a lot and also went to the beach often. Breakfast was a highlight, and Carlos was a fantastic waiter friendly, attentive and always welcoming.After a month, it truly felt like home.We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Be prepared to exceed your expectations!
Pros:

I was prepared for “acceptable” but I got exceptional! An attractive, modern, meticulous property. Location is very good, it has an easy safe walk 1 block to the beach, it has very clean and well appointed rooms, bonus the restaurants Chinese food at fat boys, and the main restaurant were both exceptional. The atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again.

Good stay but definitely noisy!
Pros:

We loved the location! The room size was also fantastic too. We loved the large balcony too.

Cons:

Lots of noise coming in through the balcony door and front door. We also needed towels late at night and couldn't get to front desk via the phone.

Breakfast was good especially when the buffet was offered. Lots of options. 👍👍Location was great! We walked to the marina, the mall and several restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Chairs by the pool were too uncomfortable for me. Valentina saw that I was struggling to get comfortable and she brought us cushions and that changed everything for us.
