We have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for many years and have never stayed in town. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Pros:

location was walkable to many, restaurants, beach etc.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was excellent served for the first few days of our stay...however it was changed to a limited alacarte without any notice.Bit dissappointing as it was very limited - it was not possible to choose both a plate of fruit and eggs !

Great Value & Close to Medano Beach
Pros:

We loved the value and close proximity to Medano Beach, the marina, Walmart, and lots of dining options. The staff was mostly great. Especially Matias, Carlos, and one of the restaurant managers whose name I didn’t get.

Cons:

It’s a little loud around the resort. AC compressors, the fire and police stations with occasional sirens, a night or 2 of loud music heard from downtown. But only if we opened the slider or windows or were in the balcony.

Great stay and amazing location
Pros:

I loved the location and would stay here again. It's a long 2 blocks uphill to the beach but great location.

Cons:

That a huge tour group of spring breakers arrived, took all the towels and took over the pool throwing the ball from the 5th floor to the pool and waking me up yelling at 3am. Security should of been a little bit more on to them.

Perfect for me.
Pros:

Great location for me. I used the gym and found it clean and fun. The room was perfect and nice and comfortable. Great location for me as it was close to the beach and the restaurants. I've stayed at hotel before and will return.
