Pros:

The air didn’t work til that night it was only one towel in the rooms went down then didn’t have any no breakfast

Disappointed. Would not stay again.

The price I paid. The lobby was nicely renovated.

Cons:

We got in at 10:30pm and were exhausted after a6 hour drive. Room was dirty. It was not vacuumed, swept, or mopped. We didn’t even have towels. When I asked the lady said it would be an hour. My husband went down the next morning and the gave him 3 towels and hand towels. They were out of face rags. Upon inspection they actually gave us the floor towels as our bath towels. The lady at night was not pleasant to talk to. The area around air condition was broken as well as upon entrance into the room it was a musty smell. The area has alot of run down hotels, buildings boarded up and homeless walking around.

It had no smenities afvertised; no breakfast, no hot- tub no pool.
Pros:

There was no breakfast nor any of the amenities advertised because the place was being renovated. 2 people seemed to be handling everything and we never even got any coffee on the second day. I guess that is why it was cheaper

Cons:

Probide the amenities you advertise online. At least sone coffee.

Worst hotel experience ever

The room I was given was not the size I asked and paid for
The second room I was put in was not clean the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in years the floors were disgusting it was hard to get anyone to the service desk I had to stand outside walk around the building looking for someone to let me in while calling the front desk and no one answered until until an existing guest accident I walked through still had to wait at the service desk ringing the doorbell looking and asking strangers for who works at the desk

The staff was very friendly when I arrived but the room wasn’t recommendable.

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was long strands of hair on the bathroom floor, there was a huge unpleasant rust stain inside the tub & the tv didn’t work. There was also no breakfast.

Key entry to the main entrance to the lobby. There was a gust behind the desk trying to book his own room. The first room we got was filthy second room we got had no trash can no towels very small pillows. Lamps didn't work in the room. A guy was sleeping in his car we thought maybe he had a medical problem but he said he was going through withdraw.....everyone was nice and there was no break fast as stated at the hotel and online so false advertising. If you went to set on the patio the gate wouldn't open and the door is key entry but didn't work we had to climb over the fence and get to the front. House keeping came in our room at 5pm thinking our room was vacant . Overall the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel and I'm pretty sure it's a no tell motel now.

Worst experience at hotel ever

Staff no help couldn’t get room service. Had a room door locked never worked and maintenance couldn’t fix. Never go back here
