Pros:

Booking/comからの予約が、中間業者のせいで確認できませんでした。フロントのスタッフが色々と調べてくださって、最終的には中間業者がちゃんと対応したらしく、ホテルに連絡が入りました。
フロントの人のせいでもないのに（もちろん私のせいでもない）、１時間近く対応してくださいました。
ありがとうございます。
部屋やロケーションはこのお値段に妥当だと思います。

백화점 지하의 먹을거리와 빅 카메라에서의 드럭스토어 쇼핑이 가능하다는 점, 거기에 유니클로와 GU 등등 다양한 니즈를 충족시켜 주는 위치가 가장 좋았습니다

Cons:

조식에 대하누호평을 보고 이 호텔을 선택했는데 3박 4일의 숙박기간 내내 같은 음식과 종류의 단조로움에 질리게 되더군요. 직원분들은 친절했지만 호텔 조식을 좋아허는 분들에게는 추천하지 않을 둣 합니다

Pros:

お風呂、洗面所、ベッド横の大きな窓から名古屋市街・名古屋駅（主に新幹線側）を一望できる眺めと雰囲気のいいお部屋でした☺️
朝早くの出発だったのであまりお部屋にいれなかったのが残念なくらい居心地が良いお部屋だと思いました。
コンセントもベッド横にあって、充電がしやすかったです。大きな音などが苦手なタイプですが高層で駅から距離があるお陰か思ったより気にならなかったです。

フロントの方の接客も丁寧で、朝食をつけるか迷っていたらチェックインの段階で決めなくても大丈夫と教えていただいたのでチェックイン後に合流した主人と話して決めることができよかったです☺️
フロントの方の笑顔が素敵でチェックインの瞬間からこのホテルにしてよかったと思いました。
また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

よくないと言うわけではないですが、注意した方がいいかもと思ったこと2点です。
①ベッドもふかふかで寝心地がいいので、目が覚めるほどではなかったですが、周りも静かになるので終電後の貨物列車だけはとても音に敏感な人は注意かもしれません。

②朝ごはんは美味しいですが、金額が金額なので、朝の時間に余裕がある人や朝からがっつり食べられる人向けかなと思いました。
