The room offers an outstanding view of the city, it’s worth every penny invested!
Pros:

Everything is simply perfect, beautiful, new and very comfortable room. Staff were all very kind and helpful, this place was one of the best stays in my life !

Cons:

There is no bad things that I can describe about this hotel. Everything is simply amazing !

下次來名古屋還是會想住這一間飯店。
Pros:

交通很方便，房間隔音也蠻好的！

Cons:

有幾天的飯店人員在打掃廁所後，不會把桌上的東西歸位。

Pros:

ロケーションと清潔さ、ホテルの職員の方々が丁寧で親切に接して下さったことです。

Cons:

アメニティの中にシャワーキャップが含まれて無かったことと、土曜日の夜にTHE GATE HOUSEのバーを利用したかったのですが、パネルに出ている時間より1時間以上早くお店が閉まっており利用できなかったことです。残念に思いました。

The very helpful staffs and locations

Cons:

There was a promotion that if we rate the hotel with the QR quote provided, there’s a small gift for us. We did the survey but never received any gift from the hotel.

Pros:

全体が清潔で心地よかったです。

Cons:

照明の調整が一括すぎたと思います。
もう少しそれぞれが調整出来ると良かったです。
洗面、浴室は特に調光が欲しかった。

Recommended hotel
Pros:

We had a corner room which was nice because we got to see 2 separate firework displays. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. Very convenient location. Our bathroom had a window, separate toilet. Comfortable beds and no weird odors.

Cons:

One set of windows is behind/over the bed, so when you are actually using the room it does not feel like there are a lot of windows because of the way our room was laid out.
