Pros:

Very central location - alight via train direct from Chubu Centrair international airport.

Cons:

JR Gate is Overpriced - I suggest to stay at hotel Montblanc raffine that is across the street from JR gate. Cheaper prices, slightly bigger rooms and cleaner! I stayed at Both and found the raffine worth the money and you get a better experience!

Convenient location with clean and modern rooms
Pros:

Convenient location above the train station. Follow the signage in the train station to a bank of elevators which will take you to the 15th floor check in lobby. From the elevators it is a short walk past a convenience store. Many restaurants and shopping in the high rise building and train station. Our room was large by Japan standards with a beautiful view of the city. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and quiet.
