入住期間女兒生病，前台職員非常熱情同緊張幫忙，教我地去就夠診所，晚上即使換班，換左人，職員仲記得我地，關心小朋友情況，入佳體驗非常好，會再次入住
Pros:

房間乾淨，位置很好，就在名古屋站上面，景觀很好，房間有很多儲物空間，櫃桶入面都好乾淨，放心使用。

Price point was ok considering the buffet breakfast and location
Pros:

Location was just above the JR Nagoya station and direct escalator access to the restaurants floor which makes mealtimes super convenient

Cons:

We have 2A1C, and I thought there was a sofa bed by the bay window, turned out it’s not exactly a sofa bed and they ran out of extra blanket but 2 twin beds combined was big enough for 3 of us

Stay here if you want a comfy stay close to jr rail Nagoya
Pros:

It was conveniently located in the he gate tower. It was easy to check in and the room was spacious and beds comfortable. We bought the breakfast package and it was very nice with good quality food catering to both Japanese and western tastes.

Cons:

It was very difficult to find the hotel once in the tower. Even using Google Translate it took us 15 min of wandering around to realize it was on the 15th floor. Better instructions for registration would have been helpful.

Fantastisk utsikt fra rommet. God kaffe. Perfekt beliggenhet. Ekstra positivt at det var mange skuffer å legge klær og ting i, det har vi savnet på alle andre hoteller.
