Warning: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

Staying here was an incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I never felt safe in my own room. There was a locked door connecting my room to the next, but this offered no sense of privacy or security, as I could hear everything happening next door. All night, the lights in the adjacent room kept turning on and off, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was unbearably loud and did nothing to improve the atmosphere. I was awake most of the night because of constant noise, chatter, and laughter from other guests.

Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable – my room was filthy, with hair from previous guests all over the floor and stains on the pillows. The state of the shower was disgusting, with visible limescale buildup covering the shower head. The photos I took barely do justice to how unhygienic the space was.

Communication with the hotel was shockingly poor. Despite using the WhatsApp feature on the website to arrange an airport shuttle, I received no response for several days – only to discover that the shuttle doesn’t actually exist. When I tried to reach the property by phone, it took three calls throughout the day before someone finally answered, and the staff member I spoke to had extremely limited English.

Basic amenities were totally lacking. There was no power outlet near the bed, and the key card I was given didn’t even work on the door.

Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of safety, noise disturbances, miserable cleanliness, absence of guest support, and misleading information made my stay not only uncomfortable but incredibly stressful. My advice: do not risk booking this hotel – there are far better, safer, and cleaner options available.

I stay here for only 1 night, and it was a suite room.

The room is spacious, there’s a sofa inside the room; and also the bathroom, there’s a bathtub and standing shower. They gave you bath salt to put in your bathtub.

The price is okay, and you got complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.

I really have a good time staying at this hotel.

convenient and comfortable

Minimum facility provide by this hotel. Like no pool. But they have huge room and good taste of breakfast eventhough not much choice of food for breakfast.
Interior is elegant with carpet all over the hall,nice ambient but dark and herbal smell since from the lobby.
I am not recommended this hotel,but as last choice this hotel is not bad after all.

Beautiful. Great ambience. The receptionist lady was the sweetest. Easy to get to places within. Quiet. Breakfast was always nice. Always helpful if I needed help. The view from the balcony was nice too.

This hotel is about a couple of years old. Not very far from the City Centre. The furniture is new and comfortable. While the rooms aren’t very spacious, they are adequate.

The room doesn’t have a safe to store documents, so plan to carry your important ones along. The ironing board and iron has to be called for but the staff and front desk is very prompt. The occupancy was low, but for the price and comfort it offers, definitely a place worth trying out if one is visiting BSD.

Business trip to have meetings in and around ICE BSD. Choose this hotel as booked late and all others were taken.
For a business trip it was reasonably priced but hotel is basic. No gym, basic breakfast restaurant.
But staff were helpful.

I booked a room for the night at this hotel since I was going to the Katy Perry concert at ICE BSD. The room I got was the suite and it came with an afffordable rate considering it was a suite. Unfortunately the bed was kinda hard, not comfortable enough. They forgot to put the complimentary coffee and tea at my room, only the kettle was there. I called the front office to ask for the coffee and tea and the woman answering the phone said that she will have it delivered, but until the next day when I was going to check out still they didn't deliver the what I asked. Other than that it was a great stay, the staffs were nice and friendly.

Hotel is new but seems no leader . Late evening you can hear music from karaoke at higher floor which opens at 11 pm till 4 am and smell of cigarette come thru the ac.
The restaurant greeter is only take the coupon then busy with mobile phone. No intention to show the seat or any greetings . Then waiters in the resto busy with their chit chat instead of clear up tables or serving guests . Third day my room was not cleaned ( left hotel at 11 am and back 11 pm) ,
Last day, no buffet breakfast as they have problem with kitchen which they called at 6:30 am informing us. The hotel cant take credit card nor debet card, insist to have cash deposit. Funny thing, when they return the deposit, they dont have smaller bill and said , we dont have any cash as we just put in the bank .. it is a pity .. building is ok but people need training of hospitality. Aditionally the quality of shower cap - always torn whenever you use it

it was spacious and clean.
Though i did feel that the comforter was not clean. Lucky for me, i carry a UV wand to every hotel.

we booked a room for one night here since we had to attend a wedding in ICE.
The room was nice. My wife said the food were above average. We ordered nasi goreng kambing, it was very delicious.
I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staffs. We forgot a cable during our short stay, the staff said they could not find it. We already gave up about it, but a few day later they called us and told us that they found the cable.
We were very satisfied!

It's a new thematic hotel around bsd, was meeting here at the sky lounge with some friends. Like the view from up here, good and friendly staffs good food and drinks. I've seen the room, never stayed here before but it looks comfortable, big and clean. Will try to stay at the hotel definitely
