Pros:

The room itself was clean, bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was nice

Cons:

When booking this hotel, at no point does it mention that it's a love hotel. If It did, I wouldn't have booked it and if it wasn't so late when we arrived I would have moved to another hotel. It made me feel really awkward.

Hotel Fine left a lasting impression!
Pros:

the value was the biggest plus. Saved so much money taking the 25 min ride into Kyoto.

Cons:

I wasn't aware there would be sex toy in the room. I was not aware of the Japan concept of a Love Hotel and Booking.com did not make me aware of this in anyway. Even when booking with children there was not warning by Booking to book at your own risk. Reviews did not fully say what the hotel was about although you could read into the comments left by other persons. The personal massager that was a attached to the wall was just a little hard to hide. A warning to families would be nice but for the value it was clean and easy to access from the train. I put the responsibly on the travel agency (Booking) to maybe filter and put a warning banner when adolescents are added to a reservation.

The location was far from the kyoto city. The room is good for couples make romance 😅
Got plenty of things for a couple to enjoy and play.

Cons:

The staff doesn’t know English and we needed to use translator and was hard to communicate.

Pros:

周辺で食事できる場所がないため車で10分程度移動する必要がある。
それ以外は全般に快適だった。

多少のホコリやゴミが床に溜まってるのが目に入り汚いなとは思ったけど、スリッパで我慢出来るかな…

ところどころに、髪の毛があり（アイロンに髪が挟まっていたり、ベッドサイド横に髪が落ちていたり）、オカルトかと思った。

喫煙可能の部屋のため、煙草の臭いが染みついていた。

先週泊まっていた時はそんなことなかったんだけど・・・

広くて良かった！
Pros:

ビジネスで利用でしたが、割り切れば部屋は広いしお風呂もゆったりでビジネスホテルより良いです。ただ、ジャクジーは壊れており、ホテル内ではランクが下の部屋みたいです。

広い客室
Pros:

古いホテルからのリノベーションオープンで不安はありましたが、内装全てフルに改装してあり、まさにファインワールドでした。
今回は連泊プランで利用しましたが、フロントの女性の対応も、電話対応も気持ち良く、快適な宿泊でした。
清掃も細かい所まで行き届いてあって 女性には嬉しいと思います。

割り切れば超快適
Pros:

海外からの出張者同行で宿泊しました。
部屋は元より風呂、ベッドも広くて快適です。
割り切って考えれば、普通のビジネスホテルよりも良いかと思います。
次回も利用したいですね。
