They were very cooperative and kind, they helped us when we had questions about how we get to certain places and many other things. The only thing we had a problem with is that the elevator doesn’t start from the first level.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con 4 letti (coppia + 2 bambini) e piccolo angolo cuttura, per 3 notti. La struttura e' situata in una posizione comoda - davvero 10 minuti da Moschea Blu ecc - ma l'edificio e' fatiscente, la stanza e bagno vecchi e sporchi. In tre giorni, la nostra stanza non e' stata mai riordinata ne' pulita ne' i letti sono stati rifatti dal personale. Dalle foto sul sito e le recensioni ci aspettavamo tutt'altro servizio. Il costo delle stanze a notte e' stato SPROPOSITATO rispetto al servizio. Sconsigliato.

Die Zimmer sind gößer als gedacht. Das Hotel ist super Zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich und können verschiedene Sprachen sprechen.

The rooms are really big & nice. Bathroom is very good. Location walkable to metro & Grand Bazaar. Few things I did not like all which makes me give poor ratings is 1) Towels are worn out & torn 2) Bedsheets were torn in one place 3) There is no elevator & have to use stairs though the manager helps with luggage 4) Showergel had terrible smell & products not good. If they improve the 4 itema listed then its a good hotel.

Boendet ligger mitt i smeten på gott och ont. Du har nära till Grand Bazar och gamla stan men det är inget boende för dig som vill ha det tyst under natten.
Rummen är stora och rymliga, frukosten helt ok men inte så varierande..Det som höjer betyget är det trevliga bemötandet och hjälpen man får från personalen.

The property is not exactly what they post on the internet, no communication with customers if they have a problem or not, breakfast is terrible.
They take half of the money from your credit card even if you choose to pay at the property and this will be done without your notice. I’m not staying there again on my next visit and would not recommend the property for anyone. 😡

The staff was very courteous and provided excellent service. Ideal location for people who want to be in Old Town Istanbul. The hotel does not have an elevator but it was manageable.

Great location. Walking distance to major tourist spots, restaurants, shopping. Nice and friendly staff. And very reasonable price😊

It's a family owned business. There's no elevator, but they will help you with luggages. Staffs were friendly and helpful. They would love to provide lots of tips and guidance during our stay. We save a lots of money because of them.

The hospitality and service far exceed our expectations. Starting from check-in, where you will get all info you need about your room and the neighbourhood. The room is spacious, with lots of clean towels. You can have your hot water, put food on fridge, they even provide you plates and eating utensils. Breakfast terrace gives you authentic Turkish view. 24/7 you can have yourself a free cup of coffee and tea. There's laundry anytime you need. We stayed in room 4 , with excellent balcony that shows the street view. Some improvements can be made with the breakfast menu that was same everyday. The hotel unfortunately do not provide elevator. But the staff Mr. Bayram, Mr. Irfan, and Mr. Hidayet is always 24/7 ready to help you with luggages. Would love to come back to this hotel again. Keep up the good work.

Really good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms clean and showers were good. Location is also excellent.

Only improvements is matress was sunken and needed changing.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel - great location, very close to all major tourist destinations, beautiful view from the terrace, and super friendly hosts. Definitely recommend staying there!

Poor hotel I well never come back to this hotel I’m not happy with the hotel
