the hotel is good. the staff are friendly and cooperative.. the hotel is clean. it is near the transportation.
But the breakfast is bad, no variety, not much food even if you come early. some dishes are enough for two people at most not for the whole hotel. And if the dish finishes they do not put more.
For me it was very good stay: very nice people excellent service, reasonable size roome newly refurbished, tv, fridge wooden floor, nice clean breakfast, new matress
The hotel is under renovation now.
The Hotel was a pleasant suprise, as it doesn't look much from outside. Number one, it has a lift in the building, though there are maybe 6 or 7 stairs to the entrance.
The room was sufficient for my needs with an even temperature. The shower is large and the toilet has an anti-drop lid.
I like the overalldesign it was very resting to the eyes. The bed was comfy and warm. It had a kettle and the water was replenished daily.
The buffet breakfast was a treat, I enjoyed the options. I observed the staff, they are attentive, deligent and very clean. I was very impressed by the care they took.
The area is very convenient but some people may find it a little rough around the edges. It is so well connected transport wise, and your food options are so so good.
Avant de réserver j'ai hésité à cause de quelques mauvais commentaires, mais chacun a le droit de s'exprimer comme il veut. J'ai visité les 4 coins du monde et je peux dire que les atouts que j'ai eu avec ma petite famille dans cet hôtel me poussent à remercier tous le staff. Très bon rapport qualité prix, très bon emplacement à proximité de toutes les commodités, transports et sites touristiques. La navette pour l'aéroport est à 5mn de marche, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, de l'eau, des serviettes et produits de toilette renouvelés tous les jours, linge changé quotidiennement, petite salle de bain mais suffisante pour une douche chaude. Bref très bon hôtel pour un petit prix. Après chacun voit midi à sa façon

Breakfast had bowls of jelly that flies were landing on. The room was dirty. Mattresses on bare box springs. Dirty cracked walls. No airport transfers.
The location and the facility also the reception person which I for got his was very cooperative with us.
The room lighting
The location is quite good because of the infrastructure. You have everything there: food, stores, clothes shops and others. Also, there is Marmaray and metro nearby, and tram, and many different attractions not far from the place.
They have a good breakfast, a big choice of food, everything is fresh.
The stuff is polite.
It is located in a small street, a very dirty and crowded part.
Eggs for breakfast are hard-boiled, only one choice. Usually, hotels also have soft-boiled eggs for choice.
It was really hard to get some boiled water for tea every time. I didn't have a kettle in my room and they don't have any hot water in any common areas.
The Internet is very unstable, I had to reconnect many times per day. Speed is quite good though.
The toilet in the room was not screwed down, so it was shaking under me. And the seat on it is too small, almost smaller that the hole.
