La ubicación es genial… atención que exige el 50% por adelantado
Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente .. el personal es muy amable.. es bonito el hotel

Cons:

El desayuno es siempre igual y muy básico… las reposeras de la piscina están en mal estado.

La humedad es alta en el lugar quizás incluir lugar para colgar toallas trajes de baño

Todo Muy bien
La gente de recepción muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno
Buena ubicación y cercanía de playas y centro

Cons:

Quizás tener unos paraguas más para los días de lluvia
Y las toallas de piscina quizás modernizarlas

Muy lindo hotel
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena. El hotel es limpio y prolijo. Muy linda la pileta. La atencion del personal de recepcion, todos muy amables . Gestionaron el transporte del aeropuerto de Rio al hotel y cumplieron con todo.

Muy amables todos los que trabajan en el hotel, se esfuerzan mucho por el bienestar y el buen servicio en el hotel. Muy chistosos también

Cons:

Quizás mejorar el aseo, ya que las sabanas tenian siempre arena. Las tuve que sacudir yo cada vez que llegabamos y se notaba que no las sacudían. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto!

Cons:

Poca oferta en el desayuno sin gluten para personas celíacas. Podrían agregar pan sin tacc y algunas cosas más. Buzios cuenta con gran cantidad de alimentos sin tacc hasta en los supermercados..

Hotel de Buzios muy acogedor
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico, la atención de su personal muy buena y la cercanía a todo

Cons:

No me gustó que no tuviese secadores de cabello en buen estado ni suficientes, que tuviesen plaga de hormigas y que no tuviesen servicio de comida ni agua caliente siempre.
