From liocation to property curation, amenities and interactions with staff, a great utterly relaxing getaway experience
Pros:

Like that I don’t have to leave property if I don’t want to—has everything to enjoy a relaxing few days away. The location up against the backdrop of mountains is gorgeous —doesn’t feel like just out front door is downtown and anything else might want/need for fun getaway. But that is another great thing about the location—restaurants and shops just steps away.

Cons:

First room noted thermostat must stay at 72 but that is not comfortable and appears room never got cool at all—maybe air was broken? But luckily it was heat of July time so hotel not full and staff was able to quickly /easily move us to new very cool room for remaining nights!

Perfect getaway
Pros:

The villa was a perfect little getaways, and I loved having a restaurant and spa on site. The pool was also nice and never crowded. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helped me make reservations at the spa.

Pros:

Beautiful grounds. Love the private patios. Restaurant is delicious…get the scallops!

Cons:

The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way and it is NO fault of the hotel…was a loud mouth MAGA man. We were there to relax and the last thing I want to hear is anything about that orange guy and how cool ICE is. (Insert eye roll) The MAGA man was just spouting off stuff around the pool and then proceeded to do half naked yoga in full view of us and the diners. Nobody needs that. We left early as this dude commandeered the pool area and that’s what we were there for.

The staff was amazing from Ian, who helped us with our daily breakfast and Ruben, who welcomed us home every time we cam
Pros:

I loved everything! As soon as you walk in, there’s someone there to greet you and welcome home. It felt luxurious, pampered and surrounded by people that cared. I will be returning and highly recommend if someone is looking for something special.

Luxurious relaxation
Pros:

Quiet, luxurious and relaxing. Staff was amazing. Pool was fabulous.

Cons:

Only small details. The back area was really worn, seats with rips and bench leaning and not good for sitting. But just needs a little attention. The shower head water pressure was realllly soft. Took some time to rinse out the soap. But all in all beautiful bathroom.
