Not 4 stars
Pros:

The room was spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant food and drinks was good. The pool was on the smaller side, but nice.

Cons:

Not the experience you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars and charging you a 4 star hotel rate. The room wasn't cleaned well. The outlets near the bed didn't work and were never fixed. The private outside bathtub was dirty and when we asked for it be cleaned, a worker came in (without any cleaning products) to "clean" it. He said they don't use any cleaning products (even between guests) to clean the tub and only use hot water - so definitely did not use it during our stay. The room safe was broken. The chairs by the pool filled up by 10am on weekends. Staff was unhelpful and clueless.

Pros:

Le concept des villas/studios avec leur petit patio pour prendre l'air le soir.
Le calme.
La décoration des chambres.
Le personnel.
L'emplacement.
La piscine avec vue partielle sur les montagnes.
Le jacuzzi.
Les bornes électriques pour charger sa voiture.
La facilité de communication par texto.

Cons:

Il faudrait ajouter du thé et du sucre dans les chambres.
Le soir le personnel au front desk est limité; c'est compliqué pour une seule personne de gérer les demandes des uns et des autres et ça retarde le checking.

A perfect stay. Loved the pool, Bali beds and wonderful service! and the blood orange margarita!
Pros:

Love the location. Beautiful spacious room and balconies! Pool, restaurant and vibe are awesome!

Pros:

Wunderbares kleiner Boutique Hotel in fantastischer Lage in Palm Springs. Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Zimmer/Villen. Die ganze Anlage hat eine bezaubernde Atmosphäre. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
