Not to be rated as a 3 star property. Rooms are not worth the price quoted.
Pros:

The location is very good. Always accessible by any means. near to famous food joint.

Cons:

Rooms are not adequate at par to the claimed 3 star rating. Rooms are fully enclosed, dark. Bathrooms are outdated. Rooms are re-furbished from old property somehow managing the space requirement. Overall it was not a plesant stay.

Agent Amit was very rude. No toilet paper, no qc remote, fans very dirty and tooileteries and dental. Kit

Poor hospitality
Pros:

Location, close to station and prime areas are nearby.

Cons:

Rooms lacked service - risky lift, unless asked water, towels, tea coffee sugar, toiletries were never provided. We stayed for 5 nights, bedsheets were never changed. Bathroom had slippery floor tile, glass door, no door mat. The most horrible was the restaurant downstairs - were they had strange rules like not to share a special thali, they wouldnt even agree when we asked them to take away the glasses so that the table has space. We had planned this trip with our parents, who are senior citizens and we felt disrespected and unwelcomed even after spending 20,000 rupees.

Cons:

No clean towels or bed lining. They promised a fridge we hich wasn't there. Staff was hesitant to provide for extra bucket. Staff was lazy

Good hotel in ideal location for Holkar cricket ground.
Pros:

Really friendly staff. Walking distance from cricket ground. Large room
