Terrible service on hotels.com and the hotel

Don’t book hotels.com didn’t help and hotel didn’t help wrong date was booked as a mistake of the hotels.coms part I’m in dispute and will claim indemnity for this do not book this hotel as they’re not helpful and not through hotels.com I’ve always been a loyal customer I was let down badly, when I did all I could in my power contacted them straight after booking upon realising wrong date was booked as an error on hotels.com part was for the date I was flying out. I got in contact straight away

The location is excellent. Only problem is the disruption from the hotel staff for non existent reasons. Mid afternoon, i take a 45 min nap to be able to do asr prayers in the mosque. A staff barges into my room carrying a portable ac, this is a guise for workers accessing your room, possibly go through your staff if you are not in.

And then again in the middle of the night my 3 hours of planned sleep again got disrupted by hose keeping at my door but luckily ihad locked it fully plus a call from reception saying something about my checkin like it could not wait till morning.
The hotel must realise we choose them coz of the vicinity to the Kaaba and ability to take these power naps without interruption so can achieve our Ibaadah goals

Poor service by the maintenance staff. Each night was a problem, A/C was too cold, then too hot, then too much noise from the room next door with many children and cleaners cleaning at 3am etc.....no one come to help or solve the problem for hours. terrible experience!

In the centre of everything. It’s my 2nd time for a 4night stay to perform umrah with my family and aged parents. Convenient location and within 250yards to walking station only downside are the clock tower lifts.!

Water issue. Staff didn’t satisfy the time wasted on changing rooms and authorities took their sweet time and needed up giving us a twin bed room when we couple and had king bed. Have photos of dirty water which we might have gone sick

We had a lovely stay there, highly recommended. It’s very close yo AlHaram, the only downside is you’ll need to change lifts and it can be a bit slow. We booked twin room with partial Kaaba view and it was comfortable, clean and the view to AlKaaba was great. The bathroom is small and needs an upgrade but we could live with it. The staff were excellent, very professional and courteous - special shoutout to the lady who checked us in - can’t remember her name- and the breakfast staff especially the gentleman at the “fool/fave beans”station and Safwan for making our stay extra special
