Hatte nicht meinen Standarts entsprochen, bin dann nach 3 Nächten abgereist.
Pros:

Lage Top
Mitarbeiter sehr aktiv und freundlich.
Waren sehr hilfsbereit und mir wurde auch das Geld zurückerstattet da ich früher abreiste.

Cons:

Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, vorallem das Badezimmer.

Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat funtioniert. Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage gewechselt, wasser kostenlos angeboten. Das Zimmer war gross und hell.

Cons:

Der pächter/eigentümer ist ein ( charmantes) Schlitzohr. Das angebotene Zimmer gab es gar nicht. Die Alternative hat er irgendwie an booking com vorbei geregelt und uns dann unter Druck gesetzt, diese Meldung an booking com. wieder zurückzunehmen.
Die Lage ist herausfordernd - unmittelbar am Fischmarkt. Die Umgebung ist sehr dreckig. Es wird wild Müll aller Art verbrannt, was zu heftigen Hustenattacken und Kopfschmerzen geführt hat. Das Bad war dreckig.

Real vietnam experience
Pros:

Well if you are looking real Vietnam experience then this hotel is for you.
Staff is super friendly , rooms are spacious and clean, you can rent scooter from them and explore whole island just 150k a day. There are a lot local fruit sellers near by and night market is 10min walk a way. I stayed 10 nights and with that price I think is very good value. Hotel is perfect if you don’t care about those touristy places. If you are looking fancy hotel or resort and love luxurious life then this hotel is not for you.

Cons:

There was two things
1. Bed mattress was realy hard.
2. One day local neighbours burned some trash and that smell came to my room.

se soggiornate in questo hotel non aspettatevi un hotel perfetto perché essendo 2 stelle è molto limitato, camere carine ma non pulitissime , personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile purtroppo l hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata
se vi accontentate e volete spendere poco è la soluzione perfetta

Cons:

camere non pulitissime , letti duri e lenzuola non belle , bagno molto povero e davanti alla nostra finestra c’era un muro

Incredible stay and such a lovely host who couldn’t do enough for us. Nice location outside of the manic centre
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location out of the busy area. There are lots of local food and coffee places nearby, the local fish and veg markets and also a gym that I used up the road. Walking distance to the night markets too. The host/manager Leo is incredible. I booked for 11 days and stayed 2 weeks in the end. He couldn’t do enough for us. He gave lots of advice on everything we were doing? Bought us coffees, breakfasts and even gave me 3 free hats from his collections that he sells at reception.
He made the stay amazing and when I’m back in phu Quoc I will be staying again ☺️

Cons:

The only downside to this hotel is that in both rooms I stayed in, the beds were extremely hard and I found them quite uncomfortable.
