お風呂は、気持ちよかったし景色も、よかった、
Pros:

接客が、よかったです。お食事も、美味しかったです。

Cons:

連泊の場合お食事が同じなのは、残念です。三日間ぐらいで、せめてローテーションあれば嬉しいです。
それと若い女性スタッフさんが、いろんな方がおかずを取っていくたびに、盛り直し、無くなったら、ため息をついて追加されてる姿は、残念に、思いました。

料金がリーズナブルで決めた
窓からの景色はイマイチだったが、夜の上弦の月と星は最高でした

Cons:

食事の内容がテーブルで仕上げる(コンロ利用)ものが多く自分できなかった、釜めし、焼き物　朝の目玉焼き
スタッフの数が少ないのは分かっているが今少し調理に工夫願いたい
大浴場、段差・手すりで怖かった、朝の湯温が低かった、客室の浴槽年寄りには跨げない

Great hotel with caring staff.
Pros:

Beautiful place. I know no japanese, but it felt like it was no issue at all for me at this hotel.
The hotel offered to pick me up at the train station, and i felt like i was taken very good care of.
The onsen is amazing! Definitely use it for a relaxing time.
