Great hotel with caring staff.
Pros:

Beautiful place. I know no japanese, but it felt like it was no issue at all for me at this hotel.
The hotel offered to pick me up at the train station, and i felt like i was taken very good care of.
The onsen is amazing! Definitely use it for a relaxing time.

We are allowed 90 minutes for dinner buffet but less than 45 min all chafing dishes are 98% empty and no replenishment .... the onlY response from restaurant is " shimisen" ... WTH
