Good environment, sporty and healthy

Great sports hotel offering excellent indoor tennis courts. The courts are acrylic-based hardcourt tennis (Plexipave maybe...). Thanks to daily cleaning, the courts are kept very clean, with no ball fluff, etc. The hotel is also equipped with a solid furnished gym ( complimentary for hotel guests) where there is a possibility to lift weights, warm up, cool down, do yoga, and stretch.
The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and badminton courts. Note that all the facilities are also open to the locals but this is not a problem since the pool is large enough for everyone.

Hat Yai is situated in a less-developed touristic location in Thailand for Europeans, but I would recommend this hotel for a great sports getaway. The hotel is located a little bit on the outskirts of Hat Yai which was perfect for us since you have the quietness and the city life is only 10-15 minutes away with the scooter.

Last, which is the most important when you stay at a hotel: The Staff.
The personnel is very friendly and service minded and can help you with everything from getting your glasses back from the air company where you forgot them ( Thanks Orawan) to renting scooters, places to visit, where to go to eat, etc.
The cleaning staff is doing a great job so the hotel is very clean.

The hotel is really worth the money and you will not get disappointed.

I had nothing to say but complimenting the staff mainly receptionist for being so helpful. We change room from facing hill to facing the pool and it was done fast. The room is spacious and clean and the housekeeping staft take off their shoes before entering the room. Bed is super single bed, so i dont bother taking extra room for my kids.Sofa bed is available. Bathroom is spacious and clean too.
The location ia about 7-10 mins to hatyai downtown which is good as we dont really like to wake up with the noise of vehicles.
It has a nice pool, gym and futsall facilities too. Sorry guys, i have no pix of the hotel as we enjoy songkran festival very much that day and forget to snap some pic at the hotel.
Overall..recommended place yo stay. Worth the money.

Nice environment

Good scene from the balcony! Easy access to city centre. Front counter staff speaks fluent Malay. WIFI connection unstable. I left my belonging on 24th Dec and they kept my item until i arrange for pick up. All in good hands! Communication via email a big let down. Did not reply email at all.

地方会比较深入偏僻，不是每个嘟嘟车会去....如果去外面晚上要回时会有点可怕~由于晚上路灯不够多也不会亮

服务周到👍 很干净♥ 每天都有免费早餐 很好吃👍！可以游泳 又可以健身 真的很赞👍 但是 交通很不方便 建议 自己驾车进来 这里有免费停车。

Hotel with big pool, gym, tennis and badminton courts
Rooms are clean and place is quiet.
However, breakfast buffet might not be variety.
Location might be far from town and it might not be convenience if you don't have car

The hotel room is excellent. It is meticulously clean. The bed was firm and nice to sleep on. Before going to the tennis courts, I patronized the gym. Wow! The gym was superbly equipped. The treadmills were heavy-duty. So solid to run on. There was a machine for every muscle in the human body. I was impressed with the free weights. They were all well arranged according to their different weights which was clearly labelled. 5 stars gym. The tennis courts were good. Well kept but I have an issue with the positioning of the lights. They were a little lowly positioned. Every time I toss the ball to serve, I would be distracted by the lights. In addition, perhaps a few exhaust fans to remove the stale air in the courts. I enjoyed the simple but reasonable breakfast. I would definitely come back next year to AC Sport Center. Thank you

First the positive side

The pick up from the Airport was good organised .
The Room was big and clean !
The Room Maid was friendly .
The Location from the Hotel quiet .

The negative side

The Pool is not only for House Guests he is open for public people too.
The whole Day People from outside comes to swimming or the Swimm Teacher , teach also Children . It's noisy and you don't have a Private sector .
The Restaurant is open from 07.00 pm to 10.00 pm . We come at 08.00 and the Waitress let us know the Restaurant closed 08.30 last order . The Reason was the Restaurant don't have Guests . And when you like to order some Drinks or Food from the Menu Card was the answer it's finish today we don't have ... and the Waitress give you a feeling you not really welcome .
The Breakfast , typically Asian Food . That's ok . But the Food was cold . And the fork have still the egg from the Guests before ...
The Location from the Hotel is far from the City , so you need a Taxi for go out .
This AC Sportcenter Hotel is a big Complex for all of Fitness . Who looks for that then you have to stay there ...

The problem was finding the hotel, very small signage, but using a GPS made it easier.
The hotel has good parking a nice pool great facilities, the fitness gym is great and they offer Badminton, Tennis and if you want Muay Thai. The rooms are well appointed, almost everything works except the safe in our room. The bathroom in our room had a tub which was great after a work out but when showering the water ran out on the floor making for a bit of a hazard if not noticed. The breakfast is continental during the week and small buffet on Friday, not sure about Sat and Sun. We will stay there again on our next trip.

The hotel is located a bit far from town but its sport facilities can compensate your need. Room is clean. Breakfast is just about right. Staff are friendly and helpful. They provide free shuttle service to Central Festival upon request.
