フロントの方の対応が凄く丁寧でスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。

Sehr gute Lage zu vernünftigem Preis.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Angenehmer Spaziergang zur Burg. Angenehme Zimmer. Koffer deponieren vor dem Check In problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Das äußere Ambiente des Hauses - wie so oft in Japan - keine echte Augenweide.

Pros:

姫路駅から徒歩５分ほどの好ロケーション。JR山陽本線（神戸線）の高架の軒先を歩いていけば、雨の日でも傘をささなければならないのは50m程度。コーヒーが無料のサービス（24時間）があるのがうれしかった。自分は利用しなかったが、夕方から夜の一定時間、ウェルカムバーやお茶漬けのサービスがあるようだ。

Cons:

浴室でシャワーを浴びたのだが、清掃/除菌が不十分なのか、アンモニア（バクテリア？）臭と床のぬめりを感じた。お湯を貯めて使うなら、ひととおりバスタブをチェックしたほうがよいかもしれない。ホテルとしてももうちょっときちんと（宿泊客が気づかなくなる程度には）清掃したほうがよいのではないかと感じた。

とても良い！
Pros:

リファのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤー、アイロンと
3種類揃っていたのが良かったです

利用はしませんでしたが
コーヒーやお茶漬けの無料サービスもあったようです
駅近でとても良いホテルでした！

Cons:

一つだけ…
バスタオルがちょっと臭ったのですが
おそらく、まえに使った人が
汚いと使い方をしたのかと…
ホテルが悪い訳ではないので
あたりが悪かったかな…
くらいの感覚です

Very pleased. Has more than what I expected.
Pros:

Self-help amenities station eg: toiletries, hairbrush, shower cap, shoe polish, different varieties of bath salts etc. Coffee machine + varieties of teas. Clean & modern room. Luggage storage after check out. Only 3 mins walk from Himeji Station.

Cons:

I stayed at the top floor, it was nice & quiet but the room was quite warm & stuffy. AC control was central, no individual room adjustment. Opening the window (has a cute accordion style mosquito netting) especially in the evening helps.
