Good value for money in a beautiful part of the world. Clean rooms and easy friendly staff

We had a ground floor apartment. It was lovely.

I needed to upgrade my booking to accommodate another person. This was extortionate through the Expedia app so i called the hotel directly and got a very favourable rate. Getting through to the hotel was not easy as the telephone number on the Expedia site was out of date.

The accommodation clearly needs an update but it was very convenient for travel to the Anassa hotel where i attended a wedding. Also a good location for those wanting to explore the mountain villages and Akamas area. Many excellent restaurants nearby.

Very bad WiFi !!!

Overall was ok. They need to fix their air conditions.

Overall I feel as if this property was advertised differently than it was. Overall it was advertised as a high end nice hotel. The pictures were exaggerated as the rooms were dated. There was mold in the bathroom, very minimal amenities offered in the rooms and a lot of things broken down and dated. The whole villa smelt of wet towels, mold and mildew. The suite was advertised to have a hot tub, it did not. And the pictures were deceiving to make you think there was a private pool with the suite - in which there wasn’t. Overall the stay was ok. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. But they need to up their game of the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel. Or at least post accurate pictures.

No outdoor pools open, hotel still seems to be in winter season late April.

No quilt cover on bed. Dangerous wires expised in ceiling rose. Maintenance as many hotels in cyprus seems to be an issue

I paid for 4 days at this property, they emphasis contacting them before coming to get check in instructions. Which I did several tines, yet they do not respond. I should of taken note of the reviews online as the bad seem legitimate, and the good are suspicious. There is no communication with these people even though they insist on it. There are also no Taxis to the hotel from the nearest village, so you can only access it with your own car. Even the staff at Expedia had trouble contacting them to refund my expenses. This they refused, so they took money without providing any service. Please look online about this establishment. If you want a good experience just avoid having anything to do with them.

Rooms were nicely furnished, good blackout curtains, relatively spacious, nice balcony. Excellent breakfast! 2 minute ride to Latchi Harbour and also close to the Aphrodite Baths. We had many problems with the WiFi, and it is really that none of the TVs were "smart" (you cannot watch Netflix etc.). Kitchen had a fridge, oven, stove and kitchenware, but no microwave oven or dishwasher, which is a pitty. The indoor "heated" pool was barely heated, and the hot tub was maintained and was always off. It's a shame since the place is really nice overall, but these things did bother us.

We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Latchi Escape. We stayed in a 1 bed suite, which was fairly modern in comparison to other apartments we have stayed in in Cyprus previously. There were some well thought out touches such as a non-slip bath mat and a handrail to assist with getting in & out of the bath/shower & toiletries available to use. In the kitchen there was a full sized cooker & fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots & cooking utensils to use, cloths & washing up liquid were also supplied. The aircon was efficient and quiet and there was a free safe to use in the wardrobe and also a tabletop ironing board (but no iron supplied).
Breakfast was available until 10am and there was plenty of choice for all tastes. You could also buy snacks and food at the pool bar although food service stopped at 4pm, which was a shame as we might have stayed at the property to eat in the evenings if the option was available.
The pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds, and quiet in the afternoons. There's also a heated indoor pool & sauna to use if you wish.
The location is quiet & about 20 minute walking distance of tavernas in Latchi although the walk back is uphill & I would recommend taking a torch if you plan to walk after dark as there is very little street lighting.
Public transport is limited so a car is recommended for getting around. If you're looking for a quiet & relaxed break we would highly recommend Latchi Escape, we will definitely return.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with several aspects of our visit. The furniture in the room was extremely outdated and in dire need of an upgrade. It was far from the modern comfort you'd expect from a 4-star establishment. The outdoor area, which looked lively in the pictures, was unfortunately dead and neglected. There was no slide or kids' swing as advertised, making it a rather dull place for families with children.

The service was another letdown, falling short of what is expected from a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness was also a concern, the kitchen sponge had clearly not been changed between guests, and we found an old hair tie in the shower from the previous guest, which was quite off-putting.

Overall, while our stay wasn’t terrible, it certainly didn’t live up to the expectations set by the hotel's description and rating. Improvements are definitely needed in both the facilities and service to truly meet the standard they claim to offer.

Very nice place

A beautiful hotel located about five minutes drive from the center. Pleasant pool, spacious rooms. We were in a suite with a good kitchen, a balcony and a yard. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Weak wifi in the room.

It was an amazing time for us and we would definitely recommend it for our friends
