Important information:

All restaurants at the hotel require an advance reservation for dinner. Steak House Shiosatei requires a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

The shuttle from Kawazu Train Station leaves from Bus Stop 1, to the left of the South Exit.
Shuttle Schedule (station to hotel): 12:05, 13:00, 13:25, 14:10, 14:40, 15:25, 15:40, 16:15, 16:50

Operation of the seasonal outdoor pool in 2023 has ended.
Night pool is open until August, between 19:00-21:00.

Due to partial repair work on the public baths in the bathhouse from October 15 (Sun.) to October 17 (Tue.), 2023, the hours of operation will be changed. Please contact the hotel for details.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Train accessible, onsen plentiful, breakfast without comparison.
Pros:

Onsen, so magnificent. I also had a conversation with the old staff member and the young staff member at the onsen when I had finished and that was fun and inciteful getting to know a couple of workers who were local to the area. The main attraction is the smorgasbord breakfast. It is so delicious, plentiful, such a broad menu. I Spent more than an hour enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the dining room both mornings.

Pros:

Location was absolutely beautiful. Just a short walk to a small station and 20 minutes to Kawazu. They also have a free shuttle that goes to the station. Breakfast was really good, but dinner was outstanding. Absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to come back!

One night stay at Kawazu
Pros:

Everything was great, from the pickup to the drop-off at Kawazu Station.
The check-in was quick and smooth.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable.
There was a decent selection for breakfast, but mostly Japanese and some western dishes.
The overall value was good.

Cons:

If any, I hope they would upgrade the bathrooms, as they are a bit dated.
But other than that, nothing else.
Would love to go back in summer.

Perfect beach vacation at Izu!
Pros:

I was really happy to be offered an ocean view room even though I had to book a mountain view room. This elevated my experience quite a bit. I enjoyed sitting and looking at the amazing view. The rooms and food were also amazing. Kawazu Seven Waterfalls a definite must see!

Cons:

I couldn't use the onsens as I had tattoos but I respect Japan's onsen culture. Other than this, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.
