All restaurants at the hotel require an advance reservation for dinner. Steak House Shiosatei requires a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

The shuttle from Kawazu Train Station leaves from Bus Stop 1, to the left of the South Exit.

Operation of the seasonal outdoor pool in 2023 has ended.
Night pool is open until August, between 19:00-21:00.

Due to partial repair work on the public baths in the bathhouse from October 15 (Sun.) to October 17 (Tue.), 2023, the hours of operation will be changed. Please contact the hotel for details.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Nice and relaxing stay by the ocean.
Pros:

A beautiful quiet hotel by the sea. We were given a room facing the ocean which was wonderful. The room was spacious and had all the amenities for a great stay. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Can't comment on the onsen as we didn't have time to use it.

駅からも5分ほどの距離で電車での移動に便利です。
南国調のさっぱりとしたインテリアがステキでした。

Beach view was fabulous. Room was wonderful but overpriced for that amount.

Cons:

Taxi connectivity was tough, hotel had its own taxi operating only till 430PM local time after which you're on your own, there is no guarantee that Uber requests make through, there's a generic taxi number but I haven't tried that

hotel muito bonito, ótima localização, seja para praia, seja para as cerejeiras de kawazu.

Cons:

equipe do restaurante pouco receptiva, tivemos uma péssima experiencia no jantar, onde a funcionaria iria ver se conseguia uma mesa par a6 pessoas, 4 adultos e 2 crianças e o outro funcionario não deixou ela ir ver e falou que não tinha. a cidade é muito pequena, quase ficamos sem jantar, péssima experiencia.

Pros:

The Japanese restaurant was exceptional. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. (The manager dealt with a particularly difficult guest ahead of me in the queue in a very polite and professional manner, more than the guest deserved in my opinion) the rooms are spacious, the outdoor baths delightful. View can’t get any better.

Cons:

The short ~1km walk into town was a bit much for my child’s legs. No problem for able bodied adults and more active children though. But it did mean we had to rely on the free shuttle bus which got quite crowded at times.

景色をとるか、快適さをとるか。
Pros:

海が目の前でリゾート気分が味わえる。加湿付きの空気清浄機があってよかった。コンセントがベッドの所に各2個あるのでスマホの充電が出来た。　

Cons:

部屋が暑くエアコンは18℃までしか出来ないので今の花粉時期は窓も開けられず寝苦しかった。おまけにベッドが柔らかくて腰が沈んで疲れた。シーリングファンがあれば快適だと思う。朝食が7時からで7時15分位に行ったが満席で違う場所を案内された。7時半前に来た人達は案内もなく立って待っていた。人手不足もあるのだろうが朝からこれは気分良く食べられないと思う。
温泉のジャグジーの泡が弱かった。

Out of season but still a bit disappointing.
Pros:

The rooms were big compared to Tokyo.
Massages were very good!

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room didn't really work.
Rooms were outdated.
Bar wasn't open in the evening.
The shuttle bus finishes at 4:50 which is a bit frustrating since taxis finish at 5pm and the trains also stop early.
Couldn't find the vending machine either.

The staff here is truly amazing! My friend left her bag on the train and they went above and beyond to help us get it back. The extra effort did not go unnoticed and we could not be more grateful for their help.

Exceeded my expectations due to the easy location and great vibe.

The view was amazing and the overall feel of the hotel was very relaxed. The vibe was very Hawaii.
