Overall, it’s not bad, but there are a few nuances.
Pros:

Overall, it’s a pretty good hotel. Check-in was fast and smooth, which is great if you arrive late (I checked in at night). The rooms are pleasant and equipped with everything you need, including toiletries, a small fridge, bottled water, and a drying rack. The breakfast was quite good and filling, with convenient hours. Location-wise, it’s in a nice, quiet spot with some great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

As for cleanliness, the room looked clean at first glance. However, looking closer, there was visible dust, and I even found an empty water bottle under the desk in a hard-to-reach spot (which I only noticed because I dropped something). I definitely expected better attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.
The main issue, however, was with the laundry service (10–15 GEL). I asked to have my clothes washed and specified that I needed them by the next morning. When I went down in the morning, my clothes hadn’t been washed at all. Since I had to catch a train, I didn't have time to sort it out or request a refund. The employee on duty didn't even seem to know what was going on. It left a bad impression, and I likely won't stay here again

The location is also great, and the room was clean.

Cons:

The only downside is the internet connection. If you work remotely, it can be quite difficult due to the unreliable Wi-Fi.

Хорошее расположение. Идеальный баланс между набережной и центром. Хороший персонал отеля. Сытные завтраки.

Cons:

Очень не повезло с номером. Два дня подряд просыпались от топания соседа с верху и скрипа его пола.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь в отеле не в первый раз, но впервые запросила изменение дат, которое мне согласовали незамедлительно. При этом предложили повысить категорию номера по Genius-скидке, поэтому пребывание было более чем приятным.

Как всегда, все понравилось.

Zeer tevreden met keuze van dit hotel!
Pros:

Personeel receptie zeer vriendelijk! Kamer was erg groot, met balkon aan voorzijde hotel. Groot bed. Goede douche. Handdoek voor op de grond. Goede badhanddoeken. Slaapbank voor evt. derde persoon en anders zitbank. Lift. Waterkoker voor thee. 2 flesjes water. Vraag theezakjes bij receptie. Gelegen in rustige straat en op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. 10 Lari met taxi Bold vanaf treinstation. Bij receptie bank met waterbox én koekjes. Ontbijt wordt door een dame vers gemaakt en tijdig bijgevuld. Super lekker! Koffie apparaat met heerlijke capuchino.
Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
