Hotel is big.. mentality is small
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The staff was not at all welcoming. They denied check in saying that unmarried couples are not allowed in the hotel but they never mentioned it in their policies on booking.com

Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was cordial.

Cons:

The bathroom was very unclean and smelled horrible. Also there was no hot water, which in my opinion is one of the most basic things to expect

That’s very comfortable. I would certainly stay again.
Pros:

Central location all on one level beautiful garden in the front staff were very attentive

Cons:

The check-in has been placed at the end of the property rather than in the middle, which apparently it was before, so it does make for more walking.
The shower nice to have a rain shower, but the positioning made the water go under the glass doors onto the floorin the bathroom, but it was a good shower lots of hot water

Un hôtel de grande classe à petit prix
Pros:

La grande chambre était confortable, avec une belle salle de bain. Un personnel accueillant et une qualité de service exemplaire. A mon départ, je devais prendre le train à 6h du matin, j’ai été gratuitement conduit à la gare avec un pic-nic pour le voyage.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu excentré et l’isolation sonore insuffisante.

Pros:

The hotel was centrally located . The pick-up and drop to the railway station was welcome .The food was good but atad costly. The decor & landscaping was good. The staff were courteous.

Cons:

The toilet was having a dirty smell , which was brought to the notice of the manager.
