Excelente
Pros:

La Ubicación es excepcional esta a dos cuadras de Brucellas Nord, lo cual hizo el viaje mas placentero eso me ayudo a diagramar mi visita por Bélgica, ya que iva y volvía en el día a Brujas, Amberes, Gante. Muy cerca del centro histórico. La Relación Precio-Calidad es muy buena, cama y baño muy bien. Sin Dudas repetiría

Cons:

Fui en Verano y hacía calor, extrañe el Aire Acondicionado, pero de la recepción me facilitaron un ventilador para atenuar el calor.

I'd happily stay there again
Pros:

Location was excellent. Supermarket just around the corner, buses and subway right there, copy shop just down the road.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans un hôtel parfaitement bien situé, avec une accessibilité nette.

Cons:

Le bruit du robinet de la chambre voisine mais c'est ponctuel. C'est pas méchant.

Pros:

Highly recommend. Very convenient location. Room was spotless. My room was on the 6th floor and it was very quiet even with windows open. Very comfortable bed. Great lighting. I requested to drop off my luggage in the morning, but to my joy, my room was actually available when I arrived. World stay here again next time I'm in Brussels.

Für eine Nacht kann man das buchen aber für längere Aufenthalte würde ich was besseres buchen.
Pros:

Uns gefiel die zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Busbahnhof. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist aus den Fünfzigern und die Zimmer sehen ziemlich abgerockt aus. Die wurde zwar schon mal modernisiert aber das scheint auch schon ein paar Jahre her zu sein. Wie in den meisten Hotels waren mal wieder die Fugen in der Dusche vergammelt und die Türzargen vom Bad sind wohl durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Die Reinigungskraft hat scheinbar in Köln gelernt. Kölsche Wisch unter dem Bett und auf den Spiegeln war Staub. Also nix für Allergiker.

La ubicación

Cons:

El estado de la habitación, los marcos de las puertas estaban hinchados de la humedad, el cabecero de la ducha estaba mal, el lavabo estaba atrancado y olía muy mal, apenas había espacio para moverse y para dejar las maletas, no había aire acondicionado y si abrías la ventana entraba demasiado ruido para dormir así, lo cual hacía calor. A parte de que si vas con niños las ventanas abiertas no tienen ninguna protección o reja alta para evitar caídas.

Sehr okay, aber mit einigen kleinen Vorfällen

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich herausragend. Das Personal super freundlich, es ist immer jemand da.

Cons:

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit vor allem im Badezimmer etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Geräuschkulisse muss man abkönnen. Die Wände sind dünn, den Straßenlärm kann man kaum aussperren. Zusätzlich ging um 7 Uhr jeden Morgen der Fernseher an. Der Fön sollte wohl auch dringend mal ausgetauscht werden.
