The entire hotel smells like mold and mildew ,there is a major AC and humidity problem in the building, there is mold inside the gym that is visible, thus hotel is so bad my allergies were so bad I could hardly breath in the build, the build is a health and medical disaster, the health department needs to shut down the entire hotel, no where on the web site does it state any issues, that is a misleading and a lie, I should be fully refunded along with my 3 coworkers who stayed there, I have never been to such a terrible unhealthy environment or Hilton hotel ever in my life, why would you rent room and not fix the problems in the building. Every room had a small dehumidifier, fans in the hall , small visible units hooked up in the hallways connected to the AC vents really so unprofessional and unsafe for adults and even more so for children.

The tiles in our room was broken and cracked. The sink drained very slow. The property was very outdated.

There wasn’t anything to like about this property.
This hotel was occupied by nearby industry workers. The breakfast was limited to only egg/croissant sandwiches in baggies. That was it! The carpet was extremely dirty. Upon arrival on the second floor we were greeted by a large A/C unit that had been dismantled and placed on the carpet in front of the elevators. The hotel had a damp smell due to the humidity trapped in the building. The establishment was relying on small humidifiers to rid the rooms of the dampness in the air. We had to switch our initially assigned room because the humidity and smell was too much to take. After retuning to our hotel one evening, we encountered a small group of the industrial tenants out by the pool. They were drunk and wrestling or pushing each other around into the pool lounging chairs. Overall the hotel was dirty, unfriendly (attendant was on phone), unsafe, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Definitely not up to the regular standards of Home2Suite.

I dont that I DIDN'T like it, I just wasnt prepared for how cold the actual hotel was going to be! Id perfer that over hot but it was COLD! Also the shower heads need a good clr dip. Our water was shooting in 50 different directions and I had to get a toothbrush from dollar tree to scrub it. Other than that the
