Beautiful location at an affordable price!
Pros:

Location location location! Loved sitting out on the balcony with a view of the ocean!

Cons:

The room was a bit run down. Bed was uncomfortable.

The room had a bad smell. The windows had mold the microwave did not work. It was so noisy. The bed was not comfortable all the decor was outdated. Kitched was so old.

Easy and effortless
Pros:

THE VIEW ! Was everything walks to the shops and beaches of thing I would say is they are on a hill so be prepared

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable the first night I felt like I was sleeping on a cot. They could improve that and keep the same rates they would be successful. I’d also say the early check in and check out part was a little inconvenient because you don’t know if your approved and can’t pay early to lock in the times

Not the best.
Cons:

The jacuzzi was pretty nasty inside. When we checked in our rooms 2/3 of them didn’t even have towels. Toilets didn’t work properly as well as the showers

Pros:

Property was poorly maintained. Weeds everywhere. Room was in the back with a view of plywood and weeds. We requested a different room but the shower flooded moat of the room? Bottom line is the property needs a lot of maintenance. Beautiful location.

The room was kind of tattered could have used paint job and refurbishing. I didn't really like the carpet.

Not too comforting. The blinds were tattered. There was water leaking on the kitchen floor either from the sink or the refrigerator not sure.
And for the money, I felt I could have paid $25 more stayed at a resort type place.catslina canyon to ne exact it Maybe a little further out.But that had a shuttle, just a better experience.I would not book here again until this place.Gets a rehab.It was pretty quiet for the most part.But for the price, it's pretty bare for comforts.

Cons:

The elevator stopped working on our 1st day. My cousin has metal braces on his legs. It was very inconvenient. The hot tub was totally misrepresented. The Sea View was not a sea view at all. I want a refund.
