Recepcionista "BLANCA" sin ganas de trabajar.
Pros:

Me gusto la predisposición y atención de ANGELES, REBECA Y PATRICIA. LA VERDAD QUE EL HOTEL FUNCIONA POR ELLAS TRES. SIEMPRE AMABLES Y PATRICIA NOS LLAMO UN UBER PARA PODER LLEGAR A LA TERMINAL. UNAS GENIAS LAS TRES. Y el DESAYUNO es sencillo pero muy rico.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención de la RECEPCIONISTA LLAMADA BLANCA. Siempre estaba molesta, cuando le preguntabas alguna dirección te respondia de mal modo. Su mala predisposición para atenderme, decirme que no cuentan con taxi, ni uber, ni nada para llamar. Pienso que un hotel debe tener algún contacto de taxi. Blanca me dijo que yo tenia que llamar al taxi. Y cómo lo voy a llamar si soy turista y no tengo números de taxis chilenos. Me retiré del hotel ni me pidió las llaves, yo sé las tuvé que dejar a Patricia porque ella pasó por mi lado y ni importancia dio. La verdad que muy decepcionada con la Recepcionista porque nunca se encontraba en el lugar de su trabajo y cuando la llamabas sé molestaba porque tenía que bajar del desayunador. En fin BLANCA mujer con mala predisposición para atender a los turistas.

Buenisimo para una escapada

La ubicación y la atención de todos. El baño muy amplio.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía luz en el closet (estaba muy oscuro) y solo una de las camas tenía velador, la otra nada para dejar celular, artículos personales, etc

El trato del personal y el desayuno, excelentes

Cons:

Bajo la cama estaba todo sucio lleno de cosas y de polvo, los cobertores olían mal
El estacionamiento solo es para que al llegar dejes el auto y luego no puedes usarlo por qué si llegan más huéspedes se quedan con el espacio.

Pros:

Muy buena atención y disposición de inicio a fin, el lugar tiene buena ubicación, queda cerca del centro, de la quinta vergara y de la playa, y no queda muy lejos del terminal, bastante cómodo.
