No llegue a ingresar. En realidad cdo uno llega al lugar el edificio esta desmejorado tiene un cartel de venta no da buena impresion. No nos gusto por eso pedimos la cancelacion agradezco el gesto de cancelacion gratuito pero no puedo recomendarlo

Localização e custo benefício.

Cons:

Prédio muito velho, cheiro desagradável. Aparência muito ruim. Pra quem privilegia economia ok, porque realmente foi barato, então a relação foi justa, mas é muito ruim. Não voltaria, melhor pagar um pouco mais e ter mais de qualidade.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

Excelente atención, son muy amables y preocupados, en cuanto a las instalaciones cuenta con lo necesario para sentirse cómodo, todo muy limpio, cuenta con estacionamiento y desayuno. Pudimos fácilmente caminar hasta el reloj de flores y a la playa, tiene una excelente ubicación.

Pros:

Me pareció muy linda la atención de su personal nos ayudó en todo momento me sentí como en casa... el desayuno excepcional esa combinación de café con leche huevos revueltos panqueques tortas de queso muy muy completo... el dormitorio con una cama king size muy cómodo muy limpio ... La posibilidad de comprar comida y llevarla al lugar comer en el comedor te prestan los cubiertos eso tiene un precio impagable,para guardar la camioneta un lugar seguro bajo llave ....excelente recomendable 100%, cuando tenga que volver a viña vuelvo seguro a este lugar

La atención de las trabajadoras

Faltaban un poco mas de enchufes en las piezas, o al menos que tuvieran en los veladores ... tambien el hecho de que mi auto quedara en el hotel de mas abajo y al irme espere casi 30 minutos porque habia un auto adelante mio bloqueando mi salida y el dueño no se encontraba en el hotel

Excelente relación precio-calidad
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente; está a pocas cuadras de las principales atracciones de Viña del Mar, como el Reloj de Flores, la playa, el casino, el centro y la Quinta Vergara. Además, queda muy cerca del tren que conecta con Valparaíso, el cual se puede pagar con cualquier tarjeta bancaria.
Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron dispuestas a ayudarnos.

Cons:

Hay una excelente relación precio-calidad. Solo pequeños detalles que podrían mejorar, como revisar el desagüe de la ducha y quizá ajustar algunos aspectos del desayuno.
