Old rooms things did not work

The main door to the room was hard to open. The pocket door in the bathroom did not work - the picture was crooked - curtain fell down - even once I ask for to to be fixed they did not

4 of us booked 2 rooms in this pedestrian walk to hotel. Private transfer dropped us off a little ways away and the hotel clerk met us and walked us a few minutes to the small quaint hotel in a bustling neighborhood. We had a tiny quaint room on the 3rd floor and our friends were on the 2nd floor. The tiny elevator fits only 1 or 2 people. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet but our friend's room on the 2nd floor was noisey due to the many bars on the street. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and we all felt very safe in the area.

A very warm welcome by staff that made the stay. Quiet room made for a good sleep. Arranged an early breakfast as I had a morning flight.

Ideal pre-cruise hotel. Ideal location to walk to the port. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lots to do within 20 minutes of walking. Transit is also affordable if you to explore more.

This property is centrally located and in a very walkable area near many attractions and options for dinner and drinks.

The room was nice, clean, A/C worked well, and had a comfortable bed. Staff are helpful.

The music from the nightclub is loud and goes late but we managed fine with ear plugs. I'm sure many other locations in the area have the same issue- not a deal breaker for us.

The room type online said sleeps three, but it was only 1 bed so that was incorrect.

Staff was amazing. Oljay did an outstanding job taking care of us. Cant wait to return.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. We could walk to Galata Tower and to other areas of Cihangir. We could also walk by Bosphorus to Galata bridge. Our room was clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

It was situated above a bar and the loud music played up until around 2-3am every night. It was horrible.

The hotel was lovely as was the service and breakfast and location. It’s a busy popular area so it was a little noisy in the room at night, but no fault to the hotel of course. Would stay here again :)

This hotel was comfortable, convenient, quiet and super close to the cruise pier which was the reason for the stay.

It was lovely, clean, close to shopping and dining! The concierge helped with transportation to and from the airport. Lovely buffet breakfast. It was great!
