Will never book Hilton again.
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible no real bacon the sausage was cold the microwave that you guys have horrible did not want to heat up the food. And then on the second day you guys finally realize the warmer was broken so we had no meat! Probably 95 percent of the population would agree that the waffle batter you provided was horrible. No water pressure from the showerhead. No blankets for the pull out bed and no pillows. When I got the suite because I have three children and needed the extra bed.

Cons:

Staff was great. Only good thing about our stay. Really let the Hilton name down. Carpets throughout building were gross. My son had an attack of hives from your pool water being so gross.

Awesome place, great stay.
Pros:

Great downtown area, close to shops and restaurants, has a bustling night scene. The room was clean and smelled nice. We swam in the pool and it was a nice time.

Cons:

I was disappointed the breakfast was a little lacking because the warmer was broken, but they skill had a decent selection of items.

Staff, room, pool, and breakfast good. Location dangerous.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The pool was an added bonus. Our room was nice. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The location was awful. Transients approaching us in the parking lot especially at night. One was harassing our 9 year old and trying to get him to take items. I would have not felt safe in this location (especially the parking lot) if I wasn't accompanied by an adult male. The hotel was very noisy. Teenagers in the hallways running around, yelling, and cursing well past 11 PM.

Central location, front desk is competent
Cons:

We requested refills on lotion and conditioner, as those 2 bottles were basically empty upon our arrival. This never occurred.
