I thought it was a clean & quiet atmosphere.
It's not that there was any thing wrong with the property. It was my destination was a bit farther but your hotel is pet friendly & that was my priority.
Breakfast was ok.
Hot breakfast was not the best quality but no complaints.
Breakfast was ample and tasty. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in good condition- not like a few Hampton Inns in Virginia that I've stayed at before.
Not everyone likes Everything Bagels (garlic) in the morning. Some bagel variety would have been nice.
Do not stay near elevator. The hallway air conditioner get noisy at night
I visited this hotel for a two night stay for business. It was just what I needed, a clean and quiet place to rest after I fullday of work. The rooms had the necessities, nothing fancy or extra, but the bed was comfortable and had a coffee maker and refrigerator. Breakfast in the morning was really good, I found something to eat every morning and the coffee was really good. My plan was to go to the pool every day, but that never happened. Plenty of parking, friendly service, I would go back.
Stayed one night here on our way up to Maine. Chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and it was an excellent choice. Although it is an older built Hampton, it has been updated and kept very clean. The colors in the room were very boring beiges, but it was all cleaned properly and the bathroom was quite large. The bed was very comfy and at the end of a long day, that is all that matters. We did enjoy a very nice breakfast that was far above the normal Hampton Inn spread and was made even more pleasant by our conversations with the very nice female attendant. Kudos to the management team for operating a great Hampton property.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood and the breakfast was decent, the staff was polite
The fact that I requested early check in, I received an email saying that they will try to accommodate it and by the time I got there they said the only way for that to happen was for a fee, well I would have appreciated if they would have mentioned that in the email, instead of saying they would do their best.
Also When we got to the bathroom it had paper inside the trashcan, I was concerned because t too tired to go to the front desk about it
Have stayed at this location for over four years now. In central Mass this is THE place to stay. The grounds, the inside, the service, is like a Four Seasons Hotel. Front Desk: April, Milla, June always smiling and make you feel so welcome all the time, everyday. Raquel & her amazing staff in Housekeeping keep this place IMMACULATE, the property is so clean and always smells so fresh (pool, gym, lobby dining, etc). Tiffany/Front Desk & Melissa/Kitchen-Breakfast Buffet are the stars. Make you feel like family. I have traveled throughout the country and Hampton Inn Boston-Westborough is top notch it is my favorite, favorite place to stay. You will not be disappointed.
