Pros:

Ótima localização para quem não quer ir para o centro da cidade, atendimento também muito bom.

Cons:

Eu fiz reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança e o quarto não tinha cama extra, minha filha teve que dormir junto e nem se quer me perguntaram a necessidade, cama era bem dura.

A estrutura do hotel parece tudo muito novo ou recém reformado, não conhecia o hotel, por mais que já tenha viajado para a região, muito bom gosto, nos travesseiros, cama, decoração do quarto, iluminação. Tudo de muito bom gosto.
Extremamente confortável.

Cons:

Achei um pouco complicado chegar no hotel, mas não me arrependi.

Cons:

Quando fizemos o check-in, deu uma divergência com a nossa reserva no Booking e o atendente não fez esforço nenhum para resolver e nos cobrou uma diferença bem significativa! Era de madrugada e ele alegou que não tinha ninguém para resolver no momento! Pagamos porque estávamos de passagem e muito cansados! No próximo hotel que fomos, aconteceu o mesmo e resolveram prontamente! Ele poderia ter ficado com o nosso contato e cobrar posteriormente!
