ロケーションなどガッカリ泊
Pros:

雨天でしたが階下の駐車場に停められたこと

Cons:

人手不足のせいで待ち時間が長い。受付スタッフがBookingの手続きを支払い済みも把握せず時間がかかり、キーを間違って滞在客の部屋のものを渡した。そのため開錠後入ると滞在客に驚かれた。人手不足のせいで慣れないスタッフなのか？
安い部屋のせいか！？北上川のロケーションを期待して花巻ホテルをキャンセルしたのでガッカリの連泊でした。

Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。子供が朝食も無料で助かった。川側で眺めがよかった。

Cons:

カーテンがボロボロになっていて開閉するたびに埃がすごかった。お風呂の脱衣所に籠が6個あったが実際の浴室のシャワーなどが3つだったので中に入ってから待つことがあった。
